   Dont use this company. This company is unprofessional and inconsiderate of there customers.. they have no issues taking your money and then make you try and resolve issues with tour agents rather through them where the trip or activity was booked. Then they waste your time transferring you from agent to agent which all are of no help and when you try to escalate it they tell you no supervisor is available. Save your time and money and book with Expedia or any other platform

   Buggy. Something Went Wrong Reload Page Reload Button Press the button. Same message. No way out. Deleting app. Obviously designed without user experience expert. Maybe designed by AI or developer or marketing people. Ugh!

   FAKE RATING TripAdvisor removes removes they don’t like without cause. Trip advisor doesn’t post ALL reviews that are submitted even if they are 100% truthful based on real experiences with a business. So don’t bother using this site as a consumer because they lie. You are not seeing the true rating of places because they are purposely removing bad reviews without reasonable cause. NO FREE SPEECH HERE!

   NO LIST!. When searching for restaurants the results were available on a map AND a list view. No list anymore, it’s more difficult to navigate the choices.

   Don’t waste your money. Had Sunday lunch, chose the roast beef it was tough and tasteless, the roasted parsnips were inedible too hard to cut and it was room temperature, at £25 don’t waste your money,

   Terrible customer service.. They don’t care about your safety. They refused to refund me money for a boating excursion despite the severe weather at the time. Clearly not concerned with customer safety.

   Worse service ever!!!. They were extremely slow serving, and food was lukewarm warm at best. Three of the servers worried more about cleaning a table next to us rather than serving us dessert even when we motioned them to our table. Do not go to this place if you want good food. Many dessert items were out of stock . Why????

   Used to love it now I don’t. I’m a pilot for a major domestic and international carrier in the United States.. over the years I have used this app to research trips a ton.. but it doesn’t organize well. Google Maps is better. And recently there were tickets offered for the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao that were twice the cost of tickets direct from the museum online. The museum website warned of fraud and there are three scenarios currently available on TripAdvisor. I tried to post a review as such to each one of them and got the AI generated email that it wasn’t against TripAdvisor standards. Beware.. there’s so much fraud on this platform

    List View Gone. This used to be an incredible app. You could easily search what’s nearby and open now and get a LIST of restaurants. Now it only gives you a map view which is completely useless. Apparently this is some sort of update to push people towards using a map so you can see a bunch of little dot but no idea what the restaurants are until you tap on them. Whoever thought this was a good idea and made the choice to go this route should be fired.

    Why is my review not being published?. Twice I have written a good review for a restaurant we went to in Madrid (casa paco) and both times it has not been published! It is like you are only posting bad reviews of this restaurant!

    App has changed. What has happened to this app? It used to be my go to for checking hotel reviews. Now it’s confusing and many hotels are not even showing. I’m about to delete …. It’s useless now.

    Spam. I get spam at least once a week from this company after I gave them my email. They just won’t stop. Makes me wish I never downloaded this app.

    Unhappy with latest update. The list view is gone so you have to tap on each little circle on the map instead of having a summary. Please bring back the list view.

    Feeling at home. Visiting Militello has been on my bucket list for 10 years. Staying at B&B Francesca was a dream come true. The room was spotless and very modern. A kitchen with electric teapot and coffee maker, electric stovetop and refrigerator were all available. There is also a washer and dryer which was so helpful when trying to pack fewer clothes. The bedroom was well equipped with linens and pillows. The location was perfect as I was doing a genealogical visit and the B&B was directly across from the family church. Pizzerias were nearby as well as farmacias. The best part was the host Francesca who made our visit very special.

    Horrible experience. Went with our son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren and my husband and I couldn’t go in with them. They would only allow 2 shoppers at once. We had to wait until they came out. If we walked in a couple of minutes after them and they didn’t know we were together then we could have walked in. What a ridiculous policy and horrible way to treat customers. We didn’t do the museum being we have done it before and got yelled at for stepping over a line which we didn’t realize. Just was a very disappointing experience!!

    No Help.. Better hope you get it right the first time! Tripadvisor has no support line, no emails, no contingencies for when their unreliable service does nothing but spend your money and give you nothing in return. Did you get that reservation? Who knows! You won’t receive and email and you won’t receive a number, all Tripadvisor will do is provide you with more ads. No clarity, no support, is it intended to make you stressed confused, and sell you things. Avoid if you like money or going places.

    Useless. I used to be able to compare flights using Trip Advisor. Now it is the most useless tool no flight info, difficult to use just to compare lodging, I will delete the spp.

    The Carolina trip. I have never stayed at a disgusting place in my entire life. The place was nasty. There no towels, had to asked toilet tissue and it felt like I was the with homeless shelter.

Booked my trip to the Dominican Republic and then they charged my card never saw my booking again after they said they cancelled and didnt even send a email had to find out through the rosort i was staying at now im making a whole bunch of last minute plans and bookings to resolve this

    Poor communication. Trip advisor did not respond to any of my email questions. I would book directly with tours as the individual tour companies were very much on top of things and in constant communication as well as being very prompt with responses. I wish I could say the same about trip advisor but I can’t. Deleting their app and not using in the future. Since you can only contact them by email this is a big disappointment. I am back from my trip and they still haven’t responded to my email. That sums up their service.

    Functionality gone. The new app doesn’t let you organize photos. I loved being able to just see traveler photos. You also can’t search for categories like hot springs anymore, only the pre-prescribed ‘product’ categories. Can’t believe how lame this app is now, what a shame.

    Overpriced - Dated - Tired!. Checked in to our Casita that we are paying $1962.00 a night for and it was a complete bait and switch….. On the website it shows a beautiful fresh updated new room. We have the exact opposite! AC barely works, WiFi doesn’t work and it took engineering 3 hours to fix the TV’s. They advertised one thing and have provided the exact opposite. Be very aware when booking this.

    New version is insanely buggy. I’ve been using the TripAdvisor app for about a decade and this is the worst version I’ve ever experienced. List and map functions for hotels do not refresh a new filter menu takes over the full screen and doesn’t go away. I’m using the latest version on an iPhone 16 Pro with the latest iOS 26.3.1. Please address, thanks!

    New app doesn’t work for submitting reviews.. The most recent update makes it difficult to write a review on either the iPad or iPhone. You start typing and it’s ok, but once you get past 10 lines or so, it stops working. Please fix it.

    Writing Reviews is Impossible. Did somebody test the writing a review feature of the TripAdvisor app under iPadOS 26? The input text window is impossible to compose and review text input.

    Caro, descuidado y de muy mala calidad. Caro, descuidado y de muy mala calidad : Dandy , BUENOS AIRES, Libertador y Billinghurst: experiencia muy mala. Pagamos 72 USD por comida de pésima calidad. La milanesa era dura, llena de nervios, incomible. El pollo parecía hervido, blanco, sin grillado ni sabor. Los vegetales arruinados con exceso de romero entero, lleno de ramas duras que tuve que sacar de la boca en cada bocado. Pedí tres saleros distintos porque ninguno funcionaba: estaban húmedos, con granos de café adentro, la sal no salía y las tapas estaban sucias por dentro. Cuando lo señalé, la camarera respondió de forma desagradable y poco profesional. Todo mal ejecutado y descuidado. Precio completamente injustificado. No vuelvo.
