   Scam. Do not use this app. They willingly sold fake tickets. Arrived at the airport and they said the ticket didn’t exist.

   Worst scam ever. This is obviously a scam. I was never able to check in for any trip and the system doesn’t even update anything. Stay away this is ridiculous do not pay anything, there is no service this app provides so they shouldn’t charge at all

   Une abomination. Elle devrait être retirer du store. Au delà du 0 étoile, elle mérite un blâme. Application développée entre 2 coupures d'électricité. Jolies couleurs....et c'est tout!! Que des bugs, rien ne fonctionne, impossible d'ajouter des voyages, des messages d'erreurs incompressibles, une logique de fonctionnement qui date du 20eme siècle! Une horreur en tous points. Retirez-là de l'AppStore, de grâce!!!

   Doesn’t work. I was prompted to download this app by our travel agency but it doesn’t work at all. Can’t find our itinerary, can’t even manually upload. And they wanted a credit number for a membership fee! Beware!

   Can’t change password. The app logs the user out all the time. It’s especially annoying if one has just landed and needs to check an ongoing flight. For quite some time now, any attempt to change one’s account password has resulted in an ‘unexpected error’ message. Highly unprofessional. P.S. App doesn’t work in China at all.

   Going downhill. Was directed to use this app to manage the itinerary for a round the world flight and at the start was fine. Then it started upselling for useless ‘experiences’ then even worse it prompted to check in 48 hrs before a flight while I was eating dinner during the trip. This caused a bit of panic since I knew the airline only allowed 24hr check in. I discovered that it was sayjng this to try and get you to pay for automatic check in 24 hours later - pretty low even for an app. Do not recommend unless you don’t get enough notifications already in your phone.

   What happened??. Newest update has the app freezing on an add about 10 seconds after I open it. Very annoying when you happen to use the app for TRAVELING and are in a hurry. After checking in through the app, while the carrier provided me an eticket and seat number, this was not reflected in the app, and so the info for my layover and subsequent return flights is also missing. Wish they would roll back the update, I just want this to work like it used to.

    Nope!! Missing important functions. Cant put in the 3 letter airport codes for origins and destination. ( ie. Mdw). Doesn’t recognize airline codes ( like wn for Southwest). Which makes manual entry overly complicated

    Big NO. Am desperately seeking a replacement for Tripcase since it has retired! Set up an account only to find the app catalogs the travel information by the email date instead of the travel dates in the confirmation email. A method to edit/correct the travel dates was not found. It’s a Big NO.

    Igor. Application doesn’t work properly after updates. Any icon in the app doesn’t respond, so the trip can’t be tracked and app is fully useless so far. Are you planning any updates for ios?

    Doesn’t work. App could not find my reservation to import. Keeps saying the name does not match and to change the name in the profile. The name IS correct! Deleting app since the import function doesn’t work!

    Perdí todo mi historial de viajes, una gran decepción. Aquí tienes una reseña clara y directa para la aplicación ChatGPT con una calificación de una estrella: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Lamentablemente, he perdido todo mi historial de viajes. Luego de un tiempo sin usar la aplicación, intenté volver a iniciar sesión y ahora solo me permite hacerlo con mi correo, pero no reconoce mis viajes anteriores. Era una función muy valiosa, no solo para llevar un registro de vuelos futuros, sino también como un lindo recuerdo de todos los viajes que hice en los últimos años. Es una gran decepción ver que toda esa información se ha perdido.

    Freezes. Running iOS 18.1. Entered a trip. Now app just freezes on loading screen whenever I open the app. Just stuck on the logo forever, so don’t know what the app can actually do.

    NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO. Buenos días. Solo quería decir que no descargue su app para tener información que fácilmente puedo googlear o ver directamente en un widget de mi teléfono cómo el estado del tiempo o que actividades hacer en el destino. Menos aún para chatear con un bot mal hecho con mínimas opciones. Además es tedioso para cargar los vuelos porque no los reconoce con el número de vuelo. Descargue la app para tener info valiosa del vuelo imposible de encontrar de otra manera como lo es el mapa de asientos en tiempo real. No sirve para nada la app porque no brinda ninguna solución a nada. Es redundancia, es basura cibernética ocupando espacio en un servidor y en mi teléfono. En fin, así cómo la descargué, la desinstalé. Escribo esto para que otras personas no pierdan su tiempo como lo hice yo. Espero que la eliminen o la vuelvan útil.

    Absolutely useless. Constant server timeouts, can't recognize bookings, just a mess. This is one of the least functional apps I've ever downloaded.

    New version of app is a huge downgrade. CheckMyTrip used to be the Gold standard. Now it’s just a stripped down version. Doesn’t reveal all the details of your trip such as Partner Airline PNRs for Award redemption bookings. No option to email yourself or anyone else the details of your trip. They now have this stupid AI bot messenger-like thing that is most annoying, wants to ask questions if your trip is for leisure/business and wants to recommend local places etc. The app has strayed far way from its original intent. All the 5 star reviews that you see here are from years past. What a shame!

    Wrong flight. App kept selecting wrong flight. AA reuses flight numbers so I get that’s not on the app but no way for me to change time or locations to have the app actually work for me. Very disappointed.
