   Would give 0 stars. Says it has shows it doesn’t have, and charges money for anything it does. Interface is ugly and setting it up is a total pain.

   Awful service. Can’t even watch a single at bat with as poor of a streaming service. Have no issues with paramount, peacock, netflix, you name it, it works. EXCEPT Apple TV. Constant frozen or distorted picture. It just can’t be that hard to do if every other service doesn’t have any of these issues.

   Sports broadcasters are horrible. Hate watching mlb worst announcers. Only saving grace is I can listen to the radio broadcast instead but I have to sacrifice the game noise. Apple get out of the baseball broadcast booth your horrible

   Glitchy beyond BELIEF. Everytime I try to log in to this stupid app it says that I can’t reset my password due to the website suddenly no longer existing or that the service is “temporarily unavailable”. The thing is though, it’s been unavailable for a YEAR at this point, I’m so tired of this, I’m honestly just sick of not being able to watch the shows. Please fix this ASAP

   Dumb. You have to install and sign up for other streaming apps to watch just about anything. What even is streaming anymore? It’s nothing like it was 15 years ago. It’s gotten so bad it’s not even worth paying for anymore. Just stick to ripping DVD’s and make your own media server. Don’t give these platforms your money anymore. You’re getting scammed. Streaming is no longer the great deal that it used to be. No wonder piracy has made a comeback.

   hire some interface experts who haven't sold their souls. The content on Apple TV is generally very good. The Apple TV app is deliberately(?) designed to give you as little control as possible. If you have ever been to Ikea and felt like a rat on a treadmill, then you understand what Apple is going for

    Saved List. The biggest issue I have is that my saved watchlist is the most difficult thing to find. I shouldn’t have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen to get to what I have saved. I have never used a streaming service of any kind that did not have a tab to go directly to what I saved. Such a weird thing to not have….

    Disappointed with Apple TV+’s Lack of Diversity, Mostly White Casts, No Urban Vibe. Thinking of Can. I’ve been subscribed to Apple TV+ for a while, drawn in by the high production quality and some solid originals. But lately, the new shows feel like they’re stuck in the same old lane: predominantly white casts with stories that have zero urban feel or cultural flavor that reflects a broader audience. It seems like every new release features the usual lineup of familiar faces in settings that feel worlds away from city life, street culture, or the diversity you see in real America—especially in places like Southern California where I live. Where are the shows with relatable Black leads, urban stories, or that raw energy from hip-hop, family dynamics in diverse neighborhoods, or just everyday life that isn’t centered on affluent, mostly white characters? Don’t get me wrong, Apple has dropped some big names and polished productions, but the lineup keeps feeling one-note. If I don’t start seeing a better mix of shows advertised with actual representation and urban storytelling, I’ll be canceling my subscription. There’s plenty of other streaming options out there that deliver more variety without making me feel like I’m watching the same narrow worldview on repeat. Hoping Apple steps up, diversity isn’t just a checkbox; it makes for better, more interesting TV.

    Put Apple TV app back the way it was when it worked great for the first 10 years it's a joke now. Put Apple TV back to the way it was before all your unnecessary updates. Apple TV never had problems the first 10 years until you guys started rolling out unnecessary updates "ios 26.4 that did nothing good but cause lots of problems and changes we didn't ask for so how about you fix apple tv ap so that it works good considering how much money the world spends on your over priced products you guys have put out three updates since this started and not one of them fixed a thing this is why im waiting to buy the new i pad I wanna make sure it's fixed before I buy another device to have even more problems on I used to loyalty by each one that came out till I realized you're more concerned about making money than making things work good for the customers who spend the money it’s too late for me to start buying movies somewhere else I’ve invested years and more money than I care to even think about this app worked great till you guys started rolling out iOS 26 now it’s the worst app I’ve ever had to deal with

    Poor structure and your purchases don’t show up. Firstly: Only half my purchased movies show up (ones I’ve bought on Amazon or YouTube) yet, on my Apple TV app on my VIZIO out of all places, they do. And the only suggestion the internet provides is to spend MY time signing out of all my devices and the having to go back and sign into everything again, and MAYBE it will refresh and give you what you paid for. It’s pathetic. Secondly: Fix the menu tab to have a “watchlist” section, you wasted your time making it for formula 1 and MLB as if everyone watches those. It shouldn’t take me 15 clicks scrolling through to the bottom of the stuff I don’t want to see to get to my saved movies and shows. As of now this app is just a polished turd.

    Apple TV and F1 TV. Never in my life have I felt such rage and depression for something as inane as an app on my phone. Where do I even begin? How about the fact that troubleshooting how to link my apple tv account (which I had to pay for) to my F1 TV account (which I had to pay extra for) was difficult, impossible, and the Apple TV “help” that was offered was dismissive wildly unhelpful. I instead had to rely on the help of amazing Redditors to gain back a shred of my sanity, and somehow bypass the error codes I was receiving, which I would not have received if Apple TV had simply left F1 TV alone, or perhaps hired coders that learned how to code at a university and not off the back of a cereal box. You offer no assistance on the matter of anything related to your product, and I’ve spent the last hour hysterically crying over the fact that nothing on either your app or the F1 app works anymore. Thank you Redditors and absolutely nobody else.

    Orientation. I have no issue with Apple TV except for its decision to not allow orientation lock. I watch on my phone and nothing is more irritating than having to lay a certain way just so the screen won’t change. I watch every f1 race as well and find myself more and more frustrated with this. It’s the simplest thing, something expected on every single video watching app. I would’ve canceled Apple TV a long time ago if they hadn’t leeched onto f1. They need to fix it.
