   The reviews are fake. The absolute worst way to stream. Why do I need to download a whole new app for every movie? To make it worse, the subscription is a total rip-off—you have to pay per episode instead of a flat monthly rate. Just stick to other services that give you everything for a normal monthly fee. Netflix is only $9 amonth.

    This app is ight. Using drama box is not that good all the videos are ai and you have to pay to watch it it’s not useful whoever created this is full of nonsense I thought it would be free to watch sense it’s ai but it’s not I don’t recommend it to anyone

    Repetitive trash. Somehow got bamboozled into downloading this to watch a trailer from Facebook. After being bombarded with ads to continue watching 15 second clips I caved and paid for the premium so I could watch the whole series. Finally finished the series and started looking for another. Lo and behold I found another series with the exact same script (when I say exact I mean from series to series the lines are verbatim), exact same setup, exact same premise exact same show. Just different names and actors. On top of that most of these are nothing like what got me to download the app.

    Poor memory. If your app crashes everything you paid for is wiped and no way to recover. You have to pay all over again. Not worth the risk.

    No content. I have used this app for years but now they charged me a weekly subscription and all content is locked. They want me to buy coins or yearly and that is not happening. I tired restore, deleting and reinstalling. Nothing works. Very disappointed.

    Ridiculously expensive. I can’t believe anybody would join this and pay for this. 1499 a week or $150 a year the clips are so short and the ads they make you watch are longer than the actual clip. If you actually want more viewers to join you become more reasonable on your prices.

    Fraudulent charges. I cancelled subscription on apr 4. The app shows this and yet I continue getting charges that exceeded $100. Emailed company, no resolution. I filed a fraud complaint with my bank. We will see if it stops.

    DramaBox is a privacy NIGHTMARE & impossible to cancel. WARNING: This app is designed to be impossible to cancel. I cannot in good faith recommend downloading it. I downloaded DramaBox, loved it, and deleted it within 18 hours. My reason for deleting was that it would not stop running in the background even after I force-closed it. What I later discovered is why: per their own privacy policy, DramaBox collects your clicking, browsing, and search behavior, AND harvests your full list of installed apps!! Which they then share with Google’s ad network (AdMob). An independent security analysis (NowSecure) also found discrepancies between what DramaBox CLAIMS it does with sensitive data and what it actually does with it, plus detected communication with external servers. That’s not a streaming app doing its job. That’s a data collection operation with drama stories attached. What followed was weeks of $18.99 charges I couldn’t stop, and the way they set it up appears deliberately designed to trap you: 1. They never created an account for me. No email confirmation, no login, no profile. Nothing to sign into to cancel. 2. It did not attach to my Apple ID subscriptions despite signing up via the app, so it didn’t show up when I checked Settings → Subscriptions to cancel… like every legitimate app does. 3. They don’t run it as a recurring charge. My bank (USAA) confirmed they submit each charge as a brand new transaction specifically so banks can’t block it as a recurring payment. The only way to stop it was to cancel my entire debit card and reissue a new one. I have 15 years of history with that card number and now have to update SO MANY payment accounts. There is no way to cancel. There is no account to log into. There is no subscription to manage. The only escape is your bank canceling your card. I was able to get all 12 payments of $18.99 refunded because apparently USAA deals with DramaBox often enough to know the drill. This isn’t an accident or a bug. Every one of these “features” makes it harder to stop paying them. That’s not a subscription service — that’s a trap. My recommendation? Avoid at all costs. Yes, the shows are addicting and that fast scroll format is excellent for the dopamine. But the privacy concerns were far too much for me, and the lack of recurring charges feels super scammy.

    do not get this app unless you want to be randomly charged. i've been being charged weekly for this app and mind you it's not a consistent charge it was either 12.99, 5.99, 10.99, and or 15.99 or even 100 something a year, mind you i NEVER signed up for this app i just watched what i could nd left it as is! i canceled the subscription only after i deleted the app not knowing i was even paying for it! shame on them

    Unauthorized Charges. Even after cancelling my subscription and deleting my account, they still charged me. I had to go through my bank to get everything corrected. Such a racket!
