   Payment. I have reached out to the customer service over and over to stop payments . I stop my subscription and they are still trying to pull money out. My account literally shows no subscription and yet they are still trying to pull money out . Do not use this app they make it impossible to end subscription and to reach customer service

   Can’t cancel subscription. I canceled my subscription a week ago, but they will still charge me this week, even though it was canceled beforehand. They do not respond or answer, and they will still charge you. I enjoy the short dramas, but I am dissatisfied with their customer service.

   Dramas are good but poor customer service. When i switched the language to Korean, i can only access a handful of old dramas and all new videos i was watching are gone and they never replied when I asked them about updates and new dramas.Also, they have an annual membership option but they blocked it.

    In Prison for Five Years, Family Begs. Movie is great but viewing the drama sucks . Too much technical difficulties encountered such as no ads available right after one episode . You can't open the drama your watching till in the evening time . How I'd wish i didn't open and start any drama's w this app .

    Flickreels review. The reels should be less coins to watch. More coins need to be awarded. Videos needed to watch for coins should be awarded more coins.

    Not worth it. You get 2 minutes or less of a 60 minute story and after every 2 (or less) minutes it asks you to either pay money to continue or watch an ad. Not worth it. So frustrating trying to get through one freaking story I deleted the app.

    Don’t pay for it! It’s garbage.. I paid for a one week full access subscription. After 4 days the app started asking for additional payment to watch more than the free preview episodes of any series that I attempted to watch. My request to support has gone unanswered. I canceled my subscription and reported my experience to Apple App Store. Bottom line, don’t buy this app!

    This is bs. If one episode is three minutes they play the second episode for 40 seconds back-and-forth back-and-forth then they want you to pay for it. No no no that’s robbery. I give this the worst rating.

    Why 5 free episodes instead 10 now?. I used to get 10 free episodes per day and now is 5, why??? Also the web ads does not reward even if you stay more than 15 seconds and they used to reward 10 coins and now they reward 8 coins!!! If this does not change I may delete this app and keep Dramabox only.

    None of the videos play!. I’ve tried for several days to watch the movies on this app and none of them will play longer than a few seconds! It’s the only app I’m having this issue with. Waste of money and time at this point.

    Rip off. You can watch videos to get rewards to watch movies and they won’t be rewarded to you because there’s also no way you can ex out of the add. You can pay money to get coins to watch videos and they don’t even give you the amount you paid for. Complete rip off.

    Terrible, Only care About Money. honestly when i first saw this app was threw tiktok, i got a subscription to finish a story which i was already annoyed about, i canceled my subscription afterwards, however every couple of days i still get charged 21 dollars for a subscription i canceled, i have to keep my card with 0 money, and its so annoying to deal with since theres nothing i can do about it, the subscription is cancelled so i dont understand why i keep getting charged

    App crashed. If it’s possible to rate 0 stars I would. I paid for 1 year subscription but only used it for 3 months before it crashed and I can’t view any series. Theres no contact info to connect with the website. You can’t use the feature on the App because it is non functional. This is a scam to steal people’s money without providing commensurate service!!!

    Liked it first but very disappointed- worst customer service ever - no reply do not try to purchase. The app was amazing first until it gives me the network error and I don’t hear any response from customer service. The app stop letting me login on my phone and it doesn’t even do any actions. What about the contents that i already unlocked.. ?

    Lies. When watching on Facebook it makes you download the app saying watch for free so I did then it starts it from the beginning and stops it at the same place saying to finish watching pay a ridiculous amount, I'm tired of all the lies on most apps these days, don't waste your time or money, it's not worth it.
