   False Advertising. The orange package says you get ABC, but you don’t get ABC channel that has sports so what’s the point.

   1 day pass nonsense. Bought a 1 day pass to stream a game but wasn’t able to, it kept trying to upgrade to monthly service what a waste of time

   Worst streaming service. I pay almost $75 a month to have all sports and programming blacked out while live, but I pay specifically for local coverage and sports, but the NBA finals are blacked out in my area. Also, service drops unexpectedly. This may be the cheapest and that’s exactly the service you get. Just get YouTube tv, at least you get what you pay for with YouTube.

   Costs to much for it not to work right. I pay for this app specifically to watch wrestling. Half the time it cut AEW off before the show is over and several times it didn’t record wwe smackdown. I’ll be glad when wwe pulls off this app so I can cancel it. Cost to much a month for it to not work right

   Extremely poor customer service. In the olden days, you could call Sling and get your problems resolved quickly. Today it is a robot and chat where you wait from 26 minutes to 8 hours for assistance through a call center. Their DVR has a lot of technical issues where you cannot view taped shows, it just doesn’t tape shows, or previously scheduled shows are no longer being recorded. Although Sling is considerably cheaper than cable, its value is questionable.

    Fraud. They market broadcasting nba finals. You pay for it only to realize they actually don’t broadcast. Then good luck getting refund because they don’t even have a contact number to reach out. Stay away at any cost. You are warned !!!

    Password Reset Doesn’t Work. I have been trying to use a service that I pay for for hours. I attempt a password reset and I get the classic “New password can’t be same as the old password” after it just denied that password. So I set a new one, then that new password still doesn’t work. I do it again to make sure it is not user error, still doesn’t work. I try to chat in for help and I get an AI bot that does not help at all, then they disconnect me while I wait for a human. What exactly am I paying for?

    Very hard to cancel. Service itself is ok. Not great. 1 star is because they have made it very hard to cancel the subscription. Cannot cancel in app. In website, it is very hard and confusing to find the cancelation option

    App on iPad now garbage. Update May 27: I see you’re putting out updates to the app but it’s a crying shame it’s done nothing for stability on the iPad. Still crashing every 15-17 minutes like clockwork. You guys should be made to try to watch a show on an iPad as punishment for the ineptitude. ***Ever since the most recent iOS update for iPad, it’s literally impossible to watch Sling. App constantly shuts down. Restarting iPad, reinstalling Sling, signing out of Sling, nothing has resolved the issue, absolutely infuriating. Get it together Sling

    Cancelled subscription, why pay oligarchs to feed you their propaganda …... Tried to use Sling but it’s a pain to interact with. Put your self out of your misery and just submit to Trump Russian and China TV.

    Improvements NOT. Sling has removed ability on an ipad to reduce screen size of channel being watched and display channel info, record options, sidebar with recent and favorite channels. Now you have to back out of the channel and use the Guide to do any of these tasks with much more effort. FYI the recent channels displayed in the Guide are NOT in recently used order. Also changing channels intermittently displays blank screen with channel logo when selected sometimes with audio from previous channels.

    day passes don’t work. i was only using this service because they offer day passes, allowing me to watch the games i’m interested in without paying $50 a month like other services, except the day passes completely stopped working for me. honestly just find a stream online for free instead.

    Glitchy, waste of money. I canceled after attempting to watch 1 live NHL game. The picture quality was rarely clear, buffering happened often. And the kicker - the recording and live feed stopped 1 minute before the winning goal in overtime. So I tried to jump to there channel- ESPN. Apparently YOU can’t just watch the ESPN ‘channel’ as on tv. Whenever I clicked on the channel I was taken to the beginning of the program I was watching - 4 hours ago. By the next morning everything seemed kosher, but that’s not LIVE Sports is it? As for the quality of the stream, every other app streams fine so we know the problem was with SLING. So 1 horrible viewing experience cost a month subscription.

    Unexceptionable Customer Service. I have had Sling for years, and I have not been able to contact customer service either by phone or online. I am cannot connect to Sling on my home tv and internet. I tried to scan the QR code and it says it cannot verify my address.

    Laggy, horrible app. This app does not work very well. It is extremely laggy when trying to do anything. Good luck trying to fast forward or rewind shows. Terrible experience.

    Buggy App, Lousy Customer Service. I was drawn to SlingTV by its 1, 3, and 7-day passes so I could watch the Flyers in the NHL playoffs. I was able to do so, but the whole experience was mostly frustrating. The two things that did work were (1) I was not blocked from connecting to an external monitor/TV like I am with Hulu and (2) there was an option to not show sports scores in the app/webpage (critical when recording a game for later viewing). Other than those two things, nothing else endeared me to the service. If I used AirPlay to my Samsung TV, the captions came on, even though they were turned off. If I connected from my iPad to another TV with a USB-C to HDMI cable, then tried to advance through ads in the DVR from the iPad screen, it would revert to the beginning of the recording. Whenever I scheduled a program in the DVR and verified the program was in the scheduled tab, it never worked. I tried a non-sports show that also failed. I could only get a recording if I started it when the program was in progress. Customer service is a joke. I contacted customer service via Chat. The only solutions they gave me were to reboot or unplug-replugin the device or to delete the app and restart. I was then told the issue would be reported and fixed in 24 hours. It never was. There was a link on the webpage to submit feedback, but it was broken. When I cancelled my month subscription (my team made it to the second round so I extended my 7-day pass), the cancelation page said to click below to tell us why you are cancelling. There was a large blank space below it and no link. (I use Safari.) So, I am leaving my feedback for why I cancelled here. I cancelled first, because my team is out of the playoffs. But, I do not plan to return to SlingTV next year or ever and do not recommend it as a streaming service. The bugs and essentially non-existent customer service or feedback mechanisms seal the deal for me.
