   Sound. The sound quality is terrible and there is no way to fix it. I have put the speaker various locations, asked around for advice, and it still sounds terrible. I do not recommend at all!

   Watch syncing. What the heck is going on with the Apple Watch syncing… Recordings from the watch go on to the phone whenever they feel like it… If ever at all!

   I DO NOT recommend this app!. While I like the way this app works, the advertisements on the bottom of the screen are absolutely raunchy! I’ve deleted the app already.

   Files won’t email. It’s not a bad recording device. But the files won’t email anymore. Problems with vrpro.mobi or with their DNS. It’s basically useless now, unless you find alternate workaround ways to get your files… which you really should have to do for a paid app.

   Pornographic adds. I’ve enjoyed using this app for many years. I’m a songwriter and use this app all the time Today my children were recording a song they were writing with a friend when I noticed that the adds in the bottom of the recording page were insanely inappropriate. I have not noticed them before today so I can’t say how long they have been there but I will be deleting this app and looking for another one.

   beware. don't rely on this app. you think it's all organized and backed up and then nope🤣. I've lost more than 100 recordings with this app twice. unexplainable glitches and poof. beware this app. google/youtube integration is not reliable. even when says uploaded to drive-- go check, bet 50% chance it's not

    Not reliable!. The reason for 1 star: I need to record meetings where I need the PAUSE/RESUME BUTTON to work! The problem: on numerous occasions I selected “pause” during recording and yes it pauses, but when you hit “resume” sometimes it won’t resume no matter how many times you select it. Then the only way to resume is to stop and close the recording and start a new one. But sometimes you think that you’ve resumed, only to find out later that it never did resume so your remaining recording time never finished recording because it never un-paused. It happens intermittently so you never know, it is not reliable for important recordings. Up to date iPhone 16 pro user.

    Hundreds of hours work gone. Voice recorder wasn’t great it would turn off for no reason. Then it vanished for no reason off my iPhone all my work lost. Others report the same and the company offers nada to help. Use a cassette recorder from 1985 instead. It won’t destroy your life if it eats one tape

    Useless. This app is useless! It never records when you needed to. And often times it runs like it’s recording, but then there’s no sound. Disappointing because this used to be a good app but not anymore.

    Google Blocks, wifi transfer doesn’t work either. As many other users have stated, export no longer functions as google blocks the app due to trying to access sensitive information. The wifi transfer no longer works either. Useless.

    Unusable Due to Fatal Bug in Pause/Resume Feature. I had high hopes for Voice Record Pro, but after multiple attempts to record a long 30-minute session, I’ve hit a massive deal-breaking bug. Every time I pause and resume a recording, the app completely kills the microphone. After the first pause, it no longer captures my voice—just dead silence—for the rest of the session. Why even offer a pause/resume function if it effectively disables the entire recording process? This isn’t just a minor glitch; it makes the app unusable for any serious recording. I wasted hours thinking I had recorded everything, only to find out the app had gone silent after a few minutes. Even after testing it multiple times, the problem persisted. I tried reinstalling and adjusting settings, but nothing fixed it. If you’re looking for reliability, especially for long recordings, avoid this app unless you enjoy wasting your time on ghost recordings.

    Miserable Time. Paid for ad free version. Used mic. Randomly stops recording after pausing a couple of times: input meter stops bouncing while the app shows record is still on. Three times I recorded 30 minute segments only to find out that the second half of all recordings was distorted.

    Doesn't work. I thought it might have stopped working because my iPad was too old. Now I have a new iPad at iOS 18.1.1 and it still records NOTHING even if I am yelling into the mic. No setting have been changed and rebooting doesn't fix it. HELP!!! No one answers my request for help here or in feedback. Disappointing!! I expected better from you.

    Google drive blocks this app. Can no longer upload recordings to Google Drive. Google says this app js blocked because it tried to access sensitive data. There's nothing the user can do to fix if. The developer needs to address this.

    Security Issues. Google has blocked VRP for security reasons, so backing up to Google Drive does not work. Feedback and support messages crashes the app. When will these issues be resolved? Once the issues are resolved, I will change this review to 5 Stars, but until then, the app is rendered useless. Please fix!

    Have to be a sound engineer to use this!. I’ve had this App for years and the one time I need to re it’s something without white noise in the background and I can’t get rid of the white noise at all. There is no way to get ahold of the app designers either. And my app keep shutting down closing on me after I record something, meaning I have to re open the app to listen to what I just recorded. I need to record my upstairs neighbor it’s who do not have a carpet and I need to provide it to my management company but though the voices sound like they’re in the room with me, the RECORDING is filled with white noise so it’s hard to hear the very loud clear voices that are heard in my room! Can someone from this App contact me how to fix the white nose problem???

    Something broke. I’ve used this app before but now it doesn’t work. Levels check is fine, and recording seems to work, but after processing I get an alert saying Record has been repaired successfully. Then I have a zero length recording. There is plenty of space on the phone. This is in version 4.0.0.
