   Only 1 week free then $10/week. This is a scam to get your phone number. They will make you give your phone number then send you a text to verify with the code. Then they tell you you only get a week free and after that it's $9.99 per week. They are probably selling peoples phone numbers I would be suspicious and stay away from this one.

    It’s As. I have no idea why people are giving this app such high praises when it literally doesn’t work. The app recorded 1sec of my calls after I purchased the plan. Ten thumbs down

    Fraud. I’ve been a customer for years. The Calls disappeared. Called Tapeacall to ask for support. Contacted them multiple times with no resolution. Then they escalated to their parent company who promised a resolution and simply never responded again. Terrible app.

    Expensive, Glitchy and unreliable. This app has caused me to lose important work calls. Additionally, the new iPhone update allows you to record calls for free so if you’re an iPhone user, don’t bother paying $14 a month for this app.

    App is not working at all. For the past couple of days I have been having issues loading the app. I’ve tried restarting my phone and every time I try to use the app it says “loading..” and just gets stuck there.

    Not working like it used to. It used to work great but lately it seems as soon as I merge the calls so that it can start recording it doesn’t and once my conversations is finished it has only recorded 1 second of the call .

    Keeps getting worse. I’ve been using this app for years and it used to be great. I use it to record client sessions so they can go back and listen whenever they want. This app was perfect for that and at the time it was only $40 a year and I was able to access customer service with no issue. Now, apparently someone else bout the app and it has gone completely downhill. The price doubled to over $80 a year and for some reason, I got charged twice and I have yet to be able to reach anyone to help me. In addition to now having been charged $160+ for an app that used to be $40, the call quality is complete trash. My clients complain that I sound like I’m under water and the call keeps on going in and out of robot voice on both ends. And, again, I’m finding it impossible to get customer support. I’m hesitant to change apps primarily because this one worked so well for so long and I don’t really want to have to go through the hassle of changing the way I run my business but if this isn’t addressed quickly, I will have no choice than to find something better.

    It NEVER worked & they refuse to refund!. From day one all I got were error messages on both the app and the website. Over $100 wasted because they won’t return my money! Apple refuses to help. Don’t waste your money!

    Completely useless. You have to start free week trial and then pay 7.99 per week to use. The record button doesn’t let you just record a phone conversation. It has you call a random phone number and then you merge the calls. Why they make it way? Who knows. Anyways did that and still no recording so this app is totally useless. Don’t waste your time.

    Recording stops if you receive a phone call. This app is terrible and has caused more problems than helped. It’s glitchy for phone conversations. If recording a memo and you receive an incoming call the app stops recording and doesn’t restart. This has missed extremely important communication I have needed.

    Cut off in middle of call. I was in the middle of an important call. I'm located in a one part consent state so both party consent is not required. The app announced, in the middle of the call that I had exceeded my call limits!! Will not trust TapeACall again!

    You need to pay for it, unlike Samsung. Definitely miss how in Samsung there’s so many apps WITHOUT A PAYMENT PLAN. You can use a call recorder without entering card information, it’s free. I can’t believe iPhone doesn’t have this.

    Subscription paywall. Free trial garbage and then a schedule subscription. I can record off speakerphone to tape, digital or sonograph and it would be easier and cheaper than this ripoff.
