   Buyer Beware. I am highly satisfied with this application; initially, it meticulously recorded each of my meetings and proved to be invaluable for translating action items as well as providing comprehensive summaries. However, recently, I have encountered difficulties with its ability to record or transcribe meetings. I contacted the company's support team, which, according to the application, commits to responding within one business day. Regrettably, I have not received any correspondence or assistance regarding this issue. Consequently, I am led to believe that if the service functions properly, it is deemed acceptable; otherwise, the issue is disregarded.

   Deleting Recordings. Unfortunately it is deleting/not saving my recordings resulting in me losing three different meetings that I needed the notes on. Very frustrating situation. Would not want this to happen to anyone else. I have to switch to a different app so it doesn’t happen again. Hope they figure this out.

   DO NOT SUBSCRIBE….. To the free trial! I would give it 0 stars if I could. I clicked to subscribe on the free trial and within seconds they charged me for the full year price!!!! I attempted to reach out to Apple to dispute the purchase and they denied me twice. I reached out to the app directly and they told me that Apple handles all their billing and there was nothing they could do. I also tried to call Apple and they said that since it was denied twice, there was nothing more they could do. I’m now stuck paying $105 for a service I wanted to check out to see if it would work for my needs. Absolutely disgusted with this situation.

   App Frozen for 1+ Week. This app used to work and run with zero issues and it became an essential tool for me at work. For the last week, it has been frozen and unusable. When I open the app, it either takes forever to load OR it loads quickly and none of the buttons work. I can’t even get to settings to export anything to save for my records. I have deleted and reinstalled the app at least five times and the issues have not resolved. I’ve written to Support and I hope they’re able to rectify these issues.

   Refund Refusal. My account auto-renewed and they refuse to issue a refund. Highly NOT recommended unless you’re ready to lose $100+ and never get it back. Unbelievable

    Not reliable. I recorded almost a 2 hour meeting, when the meeting was done I hit stop recording and the recording was gone. The support has no answer as why it didn’t save the recording. Bottom line, it’s not reliable and therefore worthless. I’ve been trying to get my subscription cost refunded but the support department has ghosted me. Do better.

    Failed to transcribe. Horrible app I used it to take the minutes for an important meeting and it completely failed to transcribe and didn’t even give me the option to capture the recording or do anything for the meeting so the meeting is done and I have no notes. Do not use this app if you wish to have good notes.

    It’s a come-on. Despite all the hype about being free, this app gives you just one use before requiring payment. It did that first one very well, but be warned it ain’t free!

    Disappointing Experience After Initial Promise. At first, I thought AI Minutes was great—it seemed like a helpful tool for capturing meeting notes. However, after purchasing and using it for a couple of weeks, the app began logging me out repeatedly, and my meeting notes disappeared, even though I was using the same account. Eventually, it just stopped working altogether and wouldn’t transcribe anything. I was really disappointed with the reliability and wouldn’t recommend it. I’d suggest exploring other AI meeting apps that are more stable and trustworthy.

    It’s a No From Me. Had a 4 out of 18 successful lecture recordings. The other 8 would appear to be recording for 100 minutes just like the others but at the end would hit transcribe and get a processing error. Each time I’d email about this and I’d be given instructions to retry the transcribe process, however after numerous back and forths they said oh there isn’t a retry button but we’re developing it soon ! And then all my refund attempts declined. So to wrap it up I wasted $15 a month for 4.5 months

    Recordings. My records disappeared and I could not find them. This was the entire reason for downloading the app and be able to reference it later.

    Waste of time!. I was hopeful with this app, I recently used it at a very important conference to record multiple sessions. I was logged in and it was clearly recording the entire time. I logged in this morning and they're all gone. And no, I don't have multiple accounts as I've seen you respond to others with that response. I have one account that I used one login and still the content disappeared.

    It’s A Trap!. I purchased this app with high hopes but after several attempts to use it and missing out on vital meeting minutes with an app that glitches, I had to move on to something more reliable. They charged me for a full year and refuse to grant a prorated refund. Be prepared to throw your money away with this one!

I just downloaded the app today on my personal iPhone click on my email went to login with my Apple ID and it looked like it was going to login and then came back with an error. I also downloaded the app on my government issued iPhone, and the same scenario happened. It could be a software issue completely two different phones need support. Please advise.

    Can’t even sign up. iPad is up to date, internet is working, apple account is active and it keeps telling me “Set Up Is Not Completed”.

    Unreliable. I purchased this app after thorough research and reading reviews, hoping it would accurately capture my meeting minutes while I took notes. Initially, the app performed well, accurately picking up all voices in a noisy environment. However, during a three-and- a-half-hour meeting, it failed to record anything. Despite following support’s recovery steps, there was nothing to recover. The app showed it was recording without any error messages. I requested a refund due to its unreliability and high cost, but was directed to Apple, who denied my request twice, even after an appeal.

    Subscription Warning. The app worked fine the one time I used it. Just a fair warning in attempts to prevent others from a surprise $100 auto-renew fee: either don’t use this app or if you do, make a decision to leave renewing as is or turn that off IMMEDIATELY.

    7 day trial is a SCAM. I signed up for the 7 day trial after hearing great things. The app IMMEDIATELY decided to sign me up for a YEAR LONG subscription for $99. This is ridiculous and apple says I’m not eligible for a refund. If it was a $20 charge, sure whatever, I’d bite the bullet and pay. But $99?!?!?! You’ve gotta be kidding me. BUYER BEWARE.
