Very hard to get to actual use. I literally just wanted to download an app and play brown noise. I spent multiple minutes clicking through onboarding before giving up and downloading something else. Very frustrating

Great at first. I loved this app to begin with but then it started to glitch. All of a sudden it would not play as loud as it first did and I had everything (iPhone, Alexa speaker and the app ) turned to max. I put up with that for a long time since I had a subscription. The last straw came when it would not play at any volume even though it was paired to the speaker. I would have to delete and reinstall the app to make it work. Last night I had to reinstall it 2-3 times. I was so frustrated and upset it was harder to fall asleep which kind of defeats the purpose! I no longer can trust it to work properly so I cancelled my subscription and will try something else.

Don’t bother. Don’t bother if you don’t want to pay. Had to go through a bunch of annoying, unskippable options just to hit a paywall. Deleted immediately. I’ll stick to YouTube.

Too big for phone screen. Can't select buttons to set up app because they don't fit on phone screen. Cannot make smaller or skip. Have no idea how the app works. Please fix!

Stops playing randomly every 15-20 minutes. Even with a 40 minute timer going it still pauses every 15-20 minutes making it absolutely worthless for sleeping with or taking a nap.

Update the app do screen size. First, having to answer 1000 questions before I can use the app is a turn off. Then because your app is not compatible with my screen size so I cannot even click continue to finish answering the questions. It’s ok you probably would have charged me anyway. It feels like an app that says it’s free but isn’t.

Awful. I tried using this on vacation where I didn’t have my fan, the brown noise is all garbled and not a soft whirring like usual brown noise, the sound that I was actually looking for was red noise, but the red noise one for some reason only goes to four hours! That’s nowhere near a full night of sleep! And to make me do a whole quiz on what I’m using your stupid app for while I’m just trying to get some noise that doesn’t fade out and taint my Spotify wrapped like on Spotify when I can’t even use most of them because of how insufferable they are to listen to! Honestly just use Spotify premium or YouTube.

Endless price plans-no info about plan. Finally found their plans. Soooo many different prices-zero info about what you are getting. If you choose wrong, can you change it? Based on how elusive they are about price options, I wouldn’t bet on that.

Trial billed me for 1 year subscription. Tried this app for one night on a trip and didn’t like it. Was then billed for a subscription because I didn’t cancel during the trial. No response from them regarding a credit for the “subscription”.

Requires subscription. This app won’t even allow me to look at it without agreeing to a subscription. It’s also not possible to skip past the LOONG introduction. If I liked it, I’d be more than happy to pay, but it is far too annoying right off the bat.

No hope of canceling. I cannot find an avenue to get in touch with any customer support. I tried to cancel this app, I only used the free trial and now I have been charged for an entire year. If your hole is a good reputation and to calm people, you definitely fail. Refund my canceled app.
