   $99.99 IS INSANE!. I paid for premium years ago (a few dollars) but when my daughter went to download it, it’s now $99.99 for a sleep around app? Who in their right mind would pay that? Ridiculous!

   Love this app… but…. This app is great, but as of recently I’m having an issue where the sound goes off. The app still shows the sounds as active on the tiles, but no sound is actually coming through. The times this happens, and how long the sound goes before it cuts out varies. Please fix this issue!!!

    Bummer. Bought it years ago and paid for a bunch of premium, and has been a staple of my relaxation efforts. Went back to it recently and lack of updates render it useless. Trying to push users to a higher-end pay service on another app. Pass. Will avoid all developer’s offerings from here on out. Can’t trust I’ll keep what I paid for.

    Don’t know what happened. I’ll restore this beautiful app to FIVE STARS when the developer FIX whatever problem they put into that DOES NOT ALOW THE APP TO SAVE MY MIXS!!!!! Now every tile I get done with the app and close it! It deletes ALL my hard work of develop the right sound JUST for me. I now hate this app and I used to love it

    Crashing. Like everyone else, I can’t use this app anymore since the latest iOS update. I get that you have a different subscription service now, but it’s total crap to stop supporting this app. We paid for it and rely on it, and it’s just plain greedy to take away what we paid for in an effort to get more money.

    Paid years ago now crashing after iOS update. Devastated that this app I paid for years ago and have loved so much is now crashing instantly when I try to open it, this happened immediately after the iOS 14.2 update. I’m devastated because I don’t have the cash to drop on an annual subscription for the other version of the app and I don’t want or need all the bells and whistles of the other app version. I’m very upset with this and feel like the developer is trying to push users away from what used to make Relax Melodies great - simplicity and affordability. I just want my sleep sounds back. I can’t even migrate my mixes from this app to the other one - that’s absolutely unacceptable in my book. I paid for those mixes I made when I paid for this version of the app, I don’t want to lose them or have to pay for a subscription to be able to remake them. Very upset with the developers over these shenanigans!

    Won’t open after 14.2 update. I used this app to fall asleep, and it was wonderful. Paid for the full app a few years ago and it was worth every penny. However it stopped working after the 14.2 update. If the other reviews are true, that this is a way to force people into a subscription, then I am very disappointed with this developer for not removing the app and being clear about their intentions. I will not buy another app from Ipnos.

    Won’t open after update. I adored this app and used it everyday. My phone automatically updated to iOS 14.2, and now the app won’t open. I paid for this app years ago to be able to access all of the sounds, and now it seems that I’m pushed to use the other Relax Melodies app and pay for the subscription. Very disappointing. Please help! I also am not able to listen to other music or audiobooks while the new Relax Melodies app plays. This was a huge convenience at one point. As someone with misophonia, this app was a life saver. Not anymore. Please help those of us who paid for this app and have been using it for years access these benefits again!

    I paid for this and it no longer will even open. I’ve been using this app for years. I paid for whatever paid version they had at the time, long before it was $60 a year, and now I guess they don’t want to support this app anymore... It’s been getting worse the past couple iOS updates it randomly shuts off if I open another app but not consistently so it’s not like it acts the same for each app each time. And now it won’t open at all. And on top of that, the “app support” page doesn’t allow you to contact support directly. I tried, but could not find a way to contact support. Do not pay for this and definitely do not pay $60 a year for their other version when you don’t even have a way to contact them when the app suddenly decides to stop working altogether.

All the other lower rating reviews just getting lip service because they know they screwed people who purchased the app when they switched to subscription and tried to sweep everyone else who paid for the app under the rug. I’m sure they’ve all been told what bs to spout when their questioned. Seems like all their replies are the same trying to sound ignorant of what they are doing.
