   First impressions matter. I heard about this app on social media was really excited to use it. I went to use it before going to sleep, but to my dismay, I open the app and had a slew of questions before it would even let me hear any of the content. There was so many questions that it was a complete turn off. I thought maybe because I was tired and I was going to use it before bed that I would just try again in the morning. Well, I woke up this morning and tried to use it and again the questions were all so frustrating and took too long to answer so I deleted the app. When somebody wants to use an app, they are not looking to Answer tons and tons of questions so you can give us a pitch. We just want the pitch and we’ll decide if we want to use it or not but to waste my time answering questions for an app I don’t even know what the charge is, forget about it.

   Way too distracting. Even on the lowest volume I couldn't focus on anything. Much worse than ordinary music. I was really hoping something that would help. For me at least, this made things go from hard to impossible.

   Soundscapes stopped working. I paid the annual fee. Great for six months. Now nothing will play. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and still nothing. I’m annoyed. It’s a lot of money!

   why??. why did i get charged for this app? i cancelled the subscription and deleted app and I just noticed I was charged almost $50😡😡I want my refund and NEVER rip me off again!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

   It turns itself off after playing for one minute. I turned the timer on for two hours and then I set the brown noise beat that I like. I put the phone down. One minute later the beat stops.

   Oscillating, not binaural. Perceiving binaural sound is an artifact of your brain processing two close but not identical frequencies. The perceived frequency is the difference between the two primary ones: eg if your right ear hears 4000Hz and your left ear hears 4002Hz, it will sound like the 4000Hz tone is “thrumming” at 2Hz. There’s a very very simple test to determine whether an app is actually delivering binaural sound: just take out one earbud. If the perceived thrumming goes away in the remaining ear, it was binaural. If it stays, then it’s just a mono stream that seems to thrum… This app fails, immediately and obviously. There may be a lot of very pleasant sounds in their library, but their primary claim is patently false. I don’t trust anything else they say, and neither should you.

    The app is just an ad for the app. Like i’m just trying to speed through everything to get to the point i can turn off the background audio and find out if the app needs a spyware account

    Misleading - clickbait. Advertised as “free” yet forces you to create a paid account. Typical deceptive and misleading practice, and false advertising (e.g. on Facebook).

    Very unhappy. I really enjoyed this app until they took away all the listening options to make you pay for the premium upgrade. I was going to renew, but now I’m reconsidering.

    Ridiculous onboarding.. Endless advertising and “continue” screens before I get to TRY the app. Ridiculous. It’s called a SKIP option, folks.

    Garbage Platform. You can get better sounds on YouTube and Spotify for free. These app developers are just hungry for taking money from people for their fat little girlfriends.

    Frustration Abounds. Although I have enjoyed several pieces and noted them as liked, I cannot find them again. Nor can I find the playlist I was enjoying. And the search tool seems almost useless. As a Premium member, I am very disappointed. My YouTube premium account is of much greater use to me, because it makes it easy to save selections to specific playlists. Thus far I am finding this to be a frustrating waste of money.

    Info stealing then Subscription?. Don’t waste your time. It tries to extract a bunch of data from you in an absurdly long, completely useless onboarding process, only to then give you virtually nothing without hard pressing you into a subscription. The reviews for this thing have to all be fake, there’s no way so many people are happy with getting raked over the coals.
