   Trouble syncing, can’t correct errors. I continually have to disconnect and reconnect with my Apple health app in order to sync. Also, if you accidentally bump start tracking when you’re not ready to, for instance, if you’re checking your daily sleep history, etc., you cannot go back and delete that days record and start over. Hence you lose the ability to track that day’s sleep. My employer add money to my HSA based on wellness tracking including sleep. If they don’t sync and I can’t go back and update an incorrect entry then that does not count towards my HSA goals. Very frustrating.

   Sounds. When my app records sounds, other than snoring, it will not play back the sounds. It’s done this each time I’ve showed the recordings.

   No sound. Can’t hear any sleep noise. It recorded but won’t let me play it. I’ve had the app 1 month and only had sleep sound 1 time. Can’t find any way to contact customer support. Waste of $40.00

    Always have to pay 🫩. So I saw this in YOUTUBE and i thought oh a good app that tracks your sleep so I downloaded it and I used it during the night and in the morning I checked it and I played the recording and it said “ pay subscription to hear your recording “ and I crashed out so I am leaving this for future people

    Useless. I tried using the free trail Just to test it out. It wouldn’t let me listen to anything. Just wanted me to use the tracker. So why would I Pay for something I can’t fully test ? This was a waste of Time!! I Wish I could Give 0 stars.

    Stolen money. I had canceled the free subscription before i would be charged, i triple checked to make sure i did and then deleted the app. my sister had sent me 100$ so tell me why open my wallet and see i was charged $60.00. I HAD CANCELED THE SUBSCRIPTION so why am i being charged GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!

    Horrible app. There was an add EVERYTIME I opened a new page on the app. I’m just trying to sleep and I’m getting 50 adds before I can even sleep. Horrible app.

    I’m probably doing too much. So I was using the app I love the Rain Sounds, but I feel like I just stopped it randomly. I like pretended to once and looked at it really said that I had four cases of snoring. I’m not using anything I didn’t buy anything. Is that on purpose or do you guys just do that for the free stuff? I mean, it didn’t let me listen to it anyway. But still.

    Read reviews before downloading. This app has not been going well for me. Every time I click a Button it takes me to an ad. I think there should be more options to sound for the people who can’t pay for vip, there are only 3 available noises you can use without paying. Plus after a full night of tracking, you go on your phone to see what it recorded and a subscription page pulls up, what’s the point of recording the sounds I made at night if I can’t even listen to the recording without paying. Unfortunately I have to vote this app 1 star cause there isn’t an option to vote 0 stars. Fix your app.

    Waste of storage. Why do we need this app if we have camera we can just record when we are sleeping so there’s no point in paying for a app if you have camera and I paid for free trial and it ended in two days what Happened to 3day free trial?? I Don’t RECOMMEND THIS APP

    Bed time stories. Please pick better voices! Neither the woman’s or the man’s voice is calming enough to fall asleep! And the echoing is horrible.

    This is such a rip off. I got the app and I read reviews and what you said back people complained about the money and you said there was a free trial on every one. This is such a lie by the way. I logged in answered all questions and at the end you only had subscriptions. I hit the x at the top of the screen and it said I had a three day trial. I hit yes but then your app wanted me to subscribe. THIS IS SUCH A RIP OFF!

    Awful app omg. I downloaded this app assuming that it would be relaxing and peaceful, as it has to do with sleep. The audio recordings, especially the bedtime stories, sound like robots, and ads play over them so it’s just chaotic noise. There’s an ad every time you open the app or click on something. The least relaxing and least helpful app ever. So disappointing.

    Read this first. If you’re the only one in the bed, it might be ok. It records both myself and my husband snoring so it can’t distinguish which one of us. Same goes for coughing It does not record awake minutes as the Apple Watch does. I had a very restless sleep and it did not say I was awake.
