   Something wrong with market. It’s telling me to download I have to log in but when I do it says to update my white noise market on Apple App Store. But nothing happens

   Clunky. Search is buried in a menu. Ads pop up randomly and seem to never end. It easier to quit the app and start over than wait forever for ad to finish.

   Ads render this unusable. Not only are there ads pretty much every time you engage with just the sound previews, but they’re the garbage kind that keep you trapped on the ad after the time expires and can’t be closed. This app can’t be used like this.

   Login doesn't work and unable to download popular sounds. Unable to login via Facebook and looking at comments under my preferred sounds I wouldn't be able to download them if I did login anyway

   Where do I change my password?. I love the app but cannot find where to change my password. I’ve searched everywhere and there is nowhere to contact anyone. Apparently account security isn’t a priority with this company as it’s been overlooked. They’re great about promoting their newest projects. Where is our account management?

   I am not buying it again. Not one but 2 apps they have had you buy. Instead of releasing updates to their app they release new apps forcing you to buy again but this time it’s monthly or yearly. And granted it’s inexpensive but it’s not the point. They have already got 2 full app purchases out of me and I am not doing anymore

   Don’t do it. If you could find the “ Action” option to cancel this it would be great. If they answered the email you sent that would be great!

    From better sleep to a living nightmare. This is one of the most obtrusive apps I’ve ever used. The prices for subscription is exorbitant and the ads are full screen with no visible close button and popups…. Half of the sounds are clearly from people bragging about things they own or trips they’ve taken. Examples: Listen to mah automatic gunfire, my boat in key west on New Year’s Eve at midnight, the sound of my trip to this one hotel in this city at 3am, come on, these sounds aren’t there to help people sleep, and I have to wade through it all for the real white noise sounds, with ads forcing me to close and reopen the app every four sounds. What is this facebook now? What a nightmare. While White Noise is great, this is a pathetic cash grab. I am really disappointed in what this great app has become. Devs should be ashamed.

    You still have adverts even when you pay for it!. Yes, there are many great sounds. With a subscription you're still made to wait through an advert for EVERY sound you download, and if you do a search, every screen has an ad. Pretty dodgy! Obviously cancelled my sub.

    White Noise app. I adore the White Noise app one of the few apps I purchased it is brilliant. So why now am I getting spammed on the market app? I cant seem to look for 5 seconds without being forced to watch 5 seconds of someone else's app I have no interest at all in. No one on planet Earth will never learn we despise being forced to do anything let alone view something we have zero interest in in hopes someone can make a nickel at the expense of my precious time…..glorious! I still adore White Noise best app ever but you can keep your spam filled market app. Why did I purchase an app just to get spammed in its companion app?

    Just what does this do?. With 3 apps from these people, all about sounds and all apps pretty much look the same. They all seem to do the same thing. I can not figure this out, what a waste.

    annoyed. i’d rate higher if they didn’t make you watch ads after every other download. and the fact that you can’t x out of it on the top left of your iphone 12 pro max is beyond frustrating

    What ? Tiny x in unreachable corner ?!. Ads don’t bother me. Ads with an unreachable x in the top left corner make me crazy! The only way to get out is close the app and reopen - LOSING YOUR PLACE in the app. Insane.

    Loading. Loading. Loading. Loading. You get it? The app used to work, but not anymore. Anytime you want to do anything, you have to wait for it to load, which it never does.

    Does Not Work. Loading featured... Loading sounds... Loading categories... When you make an app, the very first thing you need to do is to make sure that it works!

    An App With ADD. This app loads like a Blackberry app from 2005! Most of the time, it gets stuck loading pages. On the rare occasion a sound actually comes up, it gets stuck downloading the sound. It doesn't freeze, it just gives up.

    Ads in this app. I had to complete a shooting exercise and it would not let me go back into market to listen to other sounds until I downloaded the shooting game. Not cool.

    Can’t upload my own sounds. I used to be able to upload my own sounds that I recorded with my own device. Now, it’s seems you can only record sounds in the app to upload for usage. That’s a shame because I have sounds captured, I’ll never be able to record again, I can’t go back to the place I captured them first. I’d love if someone from the company can tell me how to do this. All their support seems to be is an FAQ that’s not helpful, at all. I’d love to be able to email them or call for help.

    HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!. This has to be the most frustrating and disappointing app on any device. I’ve had the white noise app for a while and I love it. But the white noise market is the bane of my existence. I recently recorded bonfires and decided I’d like to upload. The only thing that I could find about uploads was in the subscription tab. So I paid the dollar to be able to upload. After paying I was not able to find any way to do so. I looked online multiple times and I have the support page memorized. To bad the page was no help. After trying/clicking everything I could on the app. I gave up. I went back to the support page to see how to get in contact with someone. I was sure it was user error. The only way to contact them is through sending feed back. I clicked the option and was told that I’d needed a verified email. Again it doesn’t tell you were or how to get email sent to verify. I went into my email and found the email verification from months ago. So now I can’t even tell them to burn the dollar I just paid. Now I’m out the dollar and more frustrated then when I first started. TLDR: paid for a subscription not able to upload sounds or speak to anyone regarding the issue.

    How do I get rid of the ridiculous ad??. Why would I want to see bubble butts advertised in this app??? Give me the ability to remove them or I’ll delete the app.

    Don’t want Facebook or google? Too bad. Couldn’t use because I don’t use either Facebook or Google. I understand it’s supposed to be a “social network” for sounds but I’m not sure why it requires sign in with the big two. Could there not be another option? One that doesn’t require signing in to anything or at least something operated by the developer instead? I’m guessing the developer doesn’t want to do any moderation in any capacity and login via G/F makes that possible.

    Requires signing into Facebook or Google. This app appears to require you to become a member of Facebook (we know what happens to your private information on Facebook!) or to sign onto Google. Google states that they want you to sign in for the purpose of “sharing information about you”. I love the previews of many of the sounds, but I will not sacrifice my privacy and leave myself open to the information pirates. Therefore, I am deleting this app.

    Ads plus account required. I already purchased the White Noise Pro but this download app has ads and requires you to sign in with social media account to not be limited in downloads and use most of the features. This is crap!
