   Scam billing. The app is not bad, but cancelling the subscription is almost impossible. They continue charging after the subscription is cancelled and there is not a good way to contact them. Buyer beware

   Day One. Problems. I am a MAN. The program decided otherwise! I am ONLY 70 and fully functional. I am not severely immobile. These “exercises” were so mild I almost fell asleep! The woman returns to a static position between every set and sat for 5 seconds. It says I burned 81 calories. No way. Im burning more writing this review! FIX THIS,

   The app SUCKS. Don’t lose your password because it is impossible to the change it if you do The process to change you’re password is the most convoluted I have ever seen The only way to communicate with them is via email Not consumer friendly at all

   Endless loop. I have been trying to access this program. It sent me to my email to verify. When I click the link, it asks me to start a trial which I have already done. I am not taking a chance on getting signed up multiple times and AT DIFFERENT PRICES! Since I can’t sign in and use the app I need to cancel, but this also seems impossible without having access. Also, why do you advertise chair yoga as free when it requires payment information?

    Beware!! Impossible to cancel!. This app is impossible to cancel and they don’t respond to repeated emails to their support address. I had to open billing disputes with my bank to get automatic payments stopped which they try to bill every week! Don’t get involved with this app!!

    I wasnt told I signed up for a subscription.. I hate that all of the instructors are white and very, very few are of Asian descent. I want to take Tai Chi from Asians, period. Cancel subscription immediately.

    Not as advertised!. Don’t let them trick you. There is very little tai chi and NOTHING for ages 60+ in this app. They got my money now I can’t get in touch with them. It is ALL yoga… and the kind you get in your local shopping center studio. SENIORS don’t download!!!!!!

    No Print. Just wanted to print, said free but wasn’t and then couldn’t cancel. Thought this ad was maybe finally telling the truth. If I’d been able to print you wouldn’t be getting a bad review. You’re like all the rest, won’t be back!

    Not at all what it seems DON’T DOWNLOAD SCAM. Was so excited about this app because it was only $5.30! I was so happy to start loosing weight and feeling better about myself. Right after I purchased this another charge for $15.64 was charged to my account and I have no idea why! I emailed them asking them why and what it was for and that I was very upset about it. They said with their guaranteed money back they will look into it after they see I used the app for 14 days and they have screenshots. I emailed them again asking what the charge is for and what exactly do they need so I can get my money back. They responded with basically they are working on it but don’t email them duplicate tickets. Then as I’m writing this review I get another charge for $38.95!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIR WORKOUTS SUCK!!!!!!!

    Misleading. Ad says free chair yoga but then there’s 3 tiers of pricing -1st ones a month but $6.95 but then says next billing is in a week @ $39.95

    Mystery Charges. I signed up for the one-month plan and was immediately charged for the two books (after selecting neither) plus a mystery $9.99. I don’t think this is an auspicious beginning. How do I get my money back?

    Watch your charges. I wanted to check out another tai chi walking site…signed up for 4 week trial ($6+). They charged me that and an additional ($15+). Not sure where that came from. They of course do not give refunds! Also after having checked out the tai chi walking section (I’ve been doing this for awhile) there was no option to pass the ridiculous primer for other routines. Sorry…maybe the yoga is better.

    This is scam. No daily workout unless you open an account at Dropbox..first month free. It costs a fortune, they take a ton of personal information and you get no personalized exercise plan, just generic classes. App is really clumsy.

    Be Careful, Double Charge. Billing issue: I was charged twice within a week for a one-month subscription. Customer support did not resolve the problem, and I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank. Disappointing experience, would not recommend. Beware.

    This is the worst workout app I have ever tried not even one star but no option for no stars. It was advertised as a Tai Chi Walking program. It is NOT. There are only 7 classes in Tai Chi Walking and dozens in yoga and some other mat based workouts. AND you can not get a refund even within an hour of buying and discovering the truth without going through a 14 day play the workouts send the screen shots etc. Stay Away

    Paid for plan I can’t access. On day 5 but I can’t access my paid plan as it wants me to subscribe to another membership first. I felt scammed!

    Don’t download. I downloaded the app to see what it was about. I never subscribed but still got charged. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service and they are giving me the cold shoulder and don’t want to refund anything. They are telling me to cancel but I can’t if I never subscribed. There isn’t a physical phone number to call them. Watch out for this. They will scam you.

    Tai Chi. Very difficult to follow as the instructor is facing the screen and telling us to move opposite of what he's showing. It would be helpful if at least the second person in the video had their back to the screen so that we could follow their movements and know which direction to move.

    No funciona la app. He pagado el plan de 3 meses, cdo abro la app para utilizar se queda cargando y no funciona. Hablé con suporte, y tampoco funcionó y ya no me contestaron más. Así que dinero perdido! Además después de los tres meses ( sin usar), habiendo cancelado la app, me lo han vuelto a cobrar!!!! 😡😡😡😡
