   Yoga go tai chi for women. The experience was highly disappointing. They say it’s a workout made by women for women and I ended up having videos of this male trainer that did not represent what I’m looking for. They market this product using the image of mature women who look fit and toned, but I received videos with a male trainer who, with all due respect, does not look fit and toned. So, which one is it? Can Tai Chi make your body fit and toned or not? Is not a good image to represent what they’re marketing. They use mature fit and toned women in the ads and the one who appeared to be “the face” of the product, is not in the videos. If you’re marketing a product with an image, that’s what you’re selling. You’re selling the image of a toned, fit mature female body that was reached by doing tai chi exercises. They promise quick changes in the ads, so awesome, that you should be “turning heads” by the 28th day. So, why did I get videos of this training “made by women for women” with a male trainer with a chubby appearance? I’m sorry for saying that, but it’s true. My goal is for real an I really needed what they marketed, but it was highly disappointing. Not only that, but if you are not satisfied by the end of the month, they say you may request a refund. But, for my surprise, the catch was that I had to prove the I tried the program, which is highly tricky. I asked how I could prove that and they responded by sending snapshots and stuff like that, but it didn’t seem trustworthy. However, I do want to point out that after sending out all my complaints, I requested a refund and they refunded my money.

   Worst customer service ever!!!! Don’t sign up!!!. I can’t even say how many times I’ve messaged customer service after days of trying and still can’t get them to send me a link to the app to access new account! Some Chris guy responds telling me to click a link he says I got at some point but refuses to acknowledge me saying I don’t have one or resend me a link! I am 1 1/2 weeks into my subscription and no access! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS HORRIBLE, UNHELPFUL COMPANY!!!!

   Unauthorized charge. I chose the one month plan and only used it 3 times. A month later I get a fraudulent charge for $49.99 and my card gets turned off. Thanks a lot yogago now I have to wait for my new card to arrive. I highly doubt not recommend this. It is NOT free.

   Not enough yoga. I finished my first 28 day yoga program and did it again but now I am ready for more yoga flows and there are no more options. There is tai chi, Pilates, chair yoga, somatic yoga, but no more regular yoga. I am going to cancel because I want more regular yoga sessions but this app is just offering me intro to everything and no more advanced yoga. boo! I did like that the instructor was not knife thin and perfect and enjoyed the sessions I had very much but I’m over it now. I’m looking for more yoga somewhere

   Be aware. This “app” has charged $38/month on my visa. I did not know it was a monthly subscription and since I haven’t updated my bank account, I now realize there have been three months of charging. I thought originally I would pay a reduced price of $27. Shame on Apple and this company to not be explicit as to the charges.

   Beware of auto-renew. Beware of the app automatically renewing your subscription without a reminder email or any sort of warning. Even though the app was downloaded on Apple’s apps, the auto-renew is hidden in the app so you won’t be able to cancel through Apple subscriptions. I just got a notification from my credit card that I was charged $66. I reported the charge to my credit card. The subscription program for this app is extremely shady. I do not recommend using this app or subscription.

    Scam. This app keeps taking money out of my account and I’ve canceled the subscription a long time ago. I can’t even contact the people because it keeps taking me to a robot to talk. I would recommend not subscribing

    Cheating people. They charged 2 fees one for the program that is not free and another one for so called personalized plan. You cannot sign up without . When I look into my subscription they automatically renew at higher for both . Be aware of this pricing scam. They pry on busy people who work hard for the money. No way to contact anybody it is just an AI tool. I wasted $11.99 and $14.99 charged in the same day. Very poor ethics.

    Yoga-go. Beware of this app. It will lure you in at a rate of 19.99$. Then the next month charge you $49.99. It will auto charge you with no warning or notification. And it will not refund you if you cancel.

    Scam do not use they added this Pilates plan to charge me again that I did not want or order. I bought a time limited plan and used Apple Pay. I just looked at it and this company has charged me 50$ three times in as many weeks. I filed a dispute for two because the third they couldn’t see yet. This is a flat out scam

    Incompetence. Their claim was they could not find my email: the one associated with my account. Then, the request was made to send screenshots of all this other stuff: purchase receipts, account details, etc. Is this really where we are-instead of doing their jobs at a basic level of competence, the consumer is asked to do all these things FOR them? What are we doing here? This is the digital age, right? Perhaps it’s time, we, as a world, return to analog living. At least in part. Teach problem solving. Resolution. Basic searching. My best advice: Take your business elsewhere.

    Fraudulentl. Charged me three times in one day. Different prices. I ordered a one month session and they cancelled in the middle of the month when it was supposed to be a month long session. After looking into it I found they charged me several times the previous year but I wasn’t paying attention to my PayPal. My fault! But I do want you to know they will charge you several times and won’t give a refund. They offered me no refund only a year of sessions free. They are not free. I already paid for them. I will Never again even stop at one of their adds. Do it at your own risk!!!

    Renewal policies are a joke. It auto renews without any advanced notice letting you know it’s coming, just a receipt after. There is no way to contact anyone in the one communication they send. I noticed the charge within minutes and haven’t been able to find help undoing it. I intentionally signed up for a plan that based on the description didn’t have an auto renew. The app feels like a scam. The workouts are kind of lame and I only used it once or twice and now am stuck playing for it again.

    Not free!. I downloaded the app, built my profile, and then it forced me to a page where I had to sign up for either a one month, three month, or one year plan. I closed the app and deleted it from my phone. An app should not advertise itself as free with ads and trick customers into paying for a subscription.

    DONT ENROLL!. I wanted to give this a try. I am being charged 38.95 a month with no way to cancel. I’ve tried the APP, the Website…it doesn’t allow you to submit a cancelation request. No phone, no email, no chat, nothing. No summary of what they enrolled me in. Absolutely no way to get out of this! There are plenty of free options on you tube. Don’t get scammed! I’ve filed dispute with my credit card company. Hoping they can resolve this. This is outrageous! Don’t enroll!

    Frustrating. I have been VERY frustrated by this program. It would not advance from beginner after 28 days and while I could access intermediate from the Library, it would not let me advance to the next level. And it was going to renew in 3 months to $119 even though there are far cheaper plans. I was getting ready to refer to my patients, but the way this program works would frustrate them.
