Bring back daily sun salutations!. Very dismayed by new update which has eliminated the Sun Salutation workouts. The new version’s create your own workouts is very limited. It won’t let you pick the poses you want so I can’t even customize a mix of appropriate poses for a flow routine. The new update is a flop!

It’s really fast. It’s soooooo fast

So Disapointed. I downloaded this app thinking it would be a one time purchase, which I would be ok with , but right away found it to be a subscription of $30. No Thank you. Deleted right away. I will not do subscriptions.

Not beginner friendly. Like that there is a progression program but the first one was 5 min and they were on to the next pose before you even got a change to get into the previous pose. There was also no talk though about how to properly get your body into the position. Form is important. This just felt like a 5 min speed round and not even a flow.

Not a fan of update. Loved the previous version of 5 poses held for 40 seconds. Unfortunately I will be cancelling my subscription

Bad update. The Nov 22 update drastically changed the format from 5 poses held for 40 seconds to many poses held for 5 - 15 seconds. The former was perfect, holding a pose for 40 seconds really helped build balance. The new format feels frenetic, always changing. There is no option to return to the original format. I’ll have to find another yoga app now.

Not so good. The advertisement photos all the way until you sign on are real people…once you are in the app…it’s really bad people drawings.

Same Old Dame Old. Day 12 and same six positions. Waste of time snd money.

WASTE OF A DOWNLOAD!!!. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!! I was so sorry I downloaded this app. What a waste. Only 2 measly free “workouts” 🙄 before they start asking for a subscription. Those were garbage. Just a picture, description of pose and play button for a timer. And no music! With yoga, that’s like a must almost.
- ★★★★★paywall and free access
Useless!. No video, no audio, no instruction, no help! Simply a pencil sketch of a pose and a 30 sec timer to hold it. I feel robbed. But it was free how can I feel robbed? Because I wasted valuable time downloading and trying it out when I could have actually been watching video instruction elsewhere.

2days, then Pay. This app is basically a timer and gives you about 5-6 poses for 2 days...then you pay to keep going. Disappointed, as it seems a good idea to curate a collection of poses and track daily practice. The fee is hard to consider given the offerings available with other services.

Interface is worst. I don’t like the app usability

You only get two days without upgrading. Im sure I missed it somewhere, but I certainly didn’t realize that you literally only get two days of exercises before you have to upgrade if you want day 3.

Pretty terrible yoga practice. No balance, no talking, no choices. Try YouTube for better yoga workouts.
- ★★★★★too fast pace after update
Better before. I really enjoyed the app before. It was easy to move from pose to pose and hold each one longer. Now it’s really rapid and if you’re not a yoga regular it’s kind of useless
- ★★★★★missing voice and audio cues
Sound. I started the yoga today and there was only words and positions outlined not spoken. Are there a voiceinstructions?
- ★★★★★too fast pace after update
Be careful. Had this for about 5 days before cancelling. Very first pose they had me do was a dolphin pose which normally I can do but with zero warmup I hurt myself. I think these should be much easier poses u can do anywhere without risk of injury. I suggest a warmup before jumping into any of these poses. Just be careful

not worth your time!. Was super exited for it! thought it would be great way to long timer. You have to pay for day three! not worth it

Simple instructions 💛 unhelpful diagram 💔. 💛I love the simple written instructions 💔I’m a beginner and extremely inflexible in my legs. The figure in the diagram looks super flexible, very intimidating to me 😂 Maybe some versions of the figure that have a modified pose? Helping beginners should be a priority, if you want people to continue to the payed subscription.

Bogus free app. Bait and switch - only works for TWO sessions.

No.3. Hard for me 83 yrs

Needs a chime when times up. I don’t know when time is up

It’s ok. I was forced to write a review to continue using this app

Page to write a review is very difficult to get to.. A lot of spelling errors. Thanks.

Volume. Does the app have volume so I don’t have to stop and read it?
- ★★★★★missing voice and audio cues
Lacking audio assist. While I appreciate this app, it would be more helpful if there was an audio guide to help me position my body with gentle reminders about placement during the 40 seconds of holding the stance.
- ★★★★★five-minute format and daily habit
Not as good as I expected. It’s ok but every session has you do the same thing back to back and it’s not a work out like I thought it would be.☹️☹️☹️

Pay. I am confused if we need to pay the first lesson says free
- ★★★★★five-minute format and daily habit
Good, but some alignment errors. Yoga teacher here. I was really curious, so I decided to try this app. So far, I’m enjoying these short sessions, but there are some outdated cues (for example, the old slide your shoulders down your back when arms are overhead cue, which we now know compresses the low back). I’m an alignment junkie, so these ooutdated cues really bug me.

Love. Simple and effective.
