What users love
ADHD lifesaver: eliminates choice paralysis and gets you moving
A ready-made step sequence removes the 'what's next' question and helps you push through inertia to actually get things done
This is the best routine app I've ve tried for my daughter who has ADHD
Good, decent price. Works well with my ADHD, especially since with the premium I can make multiple routines for the same time of day working for different scenarios. New AI features which I can't get behind personally, which are also locked behind binary gender options. They appear to be some astrology based algorithm that throws tasks at you depending on your (again, binary) gender and date of bi
I have used every app for routines to help my ADHD: RoutineFlow, Brilli (Both Adult and Kids versions), Fabulous, and many more. Not one of those apps shows the same care, customization, affordability, transparency, and access to necessary features that this app does. They give solutions like widgets, consistent reminders, watch integrations, and many more features not offered by the competition u
Stops morning lateness — users leave on time
The timer and visible end time keep morning prep on track, getting users to work and school on schedule
This app is a game changer. I can now stay on track in the morning and get up and out of the house with everything done with no distractions. Evenings see me do all the things I want to do too. It's brilliant 👏
it help me wake up better and it so cool
I realised what I've been missing out on, after installing this app only. my day starts so peacefully now, all my mental load is decreased, finally I feel calm and not letting my neurodivergence devour my mental health
Flexible start: launch anytime, pause and reorder steps
No clock-based lock-in — steps can be paused, extended, or skipped on the fly, which suits unpredictable days
I rely on this app so much! Can't leave the house on time without it. I love the flexibility so that I can use it with kids, even when I have to change the order of things because babies and kids are unpredictable!
Routinely mostly does exactly what I want: setting a timer to routine tasks. It helps a lot with staying focused on tasks that aren't particularly fun or novel but still need to get done.
loving it so far, I'd buy soon if it could keep me coming
Per-step visual timer keeps you focused
The countdown motivates 'beating the timer,' discourages distraction, and helps carry tasks through to completion
This has actually been a life changer for me with Severe combined ADHD. It's so good that I'm templating purchasing a plan which I have never done before because I knew I would always forget them. It's visual timer keeps me focused and the ability to see what task I'm doing with how much time left is really good too.
no complaints, very helpful to get up and ready, love the timers

Free tier covers the essentials — nothing critical paywalled
Timer, reminders, and basic routines work without paying — premium is mostly cosmetic (icons, themes)
helpful so far. also it offers good level of features in free version itself. if it works for me in the long term to build habits, i would not mind paying for paid version that opens up multiple routines
It doesn't shove ads, premium or AI down your throat. It is clean, allows repeating tasks without premium thus far and doesn't add unnecessary emojis to your previously written tasks. Good for organized people who have divergent brains.
I like the app overall! User friendly and lot of way to make it personal. It had a decent amount bonuses for free too.
Clean, approachable interface with a pleasant design
Tasks are easy to add and reorder; the look is friendly and non-technical
its a great and good app . Main feature would be that its very simple to use and not technical but some things are a bit annoying like i use ts app on my tab and while im locked in potrait and when laying down it automatically switches to landscape. Its kinda frustrating. pls fix ts
This app, itself is very wonderful and very useful to me. I love how simple and cute the design is, it really help me with organizing my schedule and time.
Amazing app. Does what it's supposed to. Very good ui. Also voice commands are very useful. Well done
Helps build an evening ritual and consistent sleep schedule
Structuring the evening reduces mental load, makes it easier to go to bed earlier, and leaves users feeling calmer

I've been using this app for a week and it's been a game changer for me. I was really struggling, particularly with my evening/night routine, and I feel a lot more in control now. I resisted downloading an app like this as I don't necessarily want to be dependent on apps, but I have to say it really works.
I love how the app helps me plan better
Neutral prompts and voice guidance throughout the day
The assistant reminds you of each step and reads them aloud, so you don't have to keep glancing at the screen
nice motivation and guidance through tasks, but there are a lot of unnecessary notifications and it doesn't seem like you can turn off the unnecessary notifications and still get the notifications for your routines.
Amazing app. Does what it's supposed to. Very good ui. Also voice commands are very useful. Well done
This app rocks for people with ADHD and more. After creating but flaking on my routines for years, this gives structure + accountability while allowing for flexibility when needed. I like the nudges when I've gotten distracted & spoken prompts to avoid continuously checking to recall each step. I will 5-star and pay for premium to support the developers' hard work if/when they add skin tone option
Works for kids and teens, including those with special needs
Parents can walk children through morning routines; visual steps are especially helpful for kids with autism or ADHD
This is the best routine app I've ve tried for my daughter who has ADHD
I love everything about this app it helps me with doing the stuff I say Imma do even my teacher say it's nice to keep u on track!
it's good for students who are always busy and don't know when to do what . 🙃
What users hate
Two-routine cap on the free plan is the top complaint
Two routines isn't enough — users want separate flows for mornings, gym, and weekends but hit the paywall immediately
Only allows 2 routines for free. I wanted to use this app to have a morning routine and ones for my gym days, but the limitations for the free versions ruins the app. On top of that, the app is not too user friendly, and it wont start at the time i set it at.
Well it's a great app for building routines overall but if having 3 or 4 free routine slots would make it better. Out of 5 I give it a 4.5.
Good app so far. A bit frustrating you can't have more than 2 routines at a time without paying for the premium but a good and simple app that makes way for creating a good routine. The app is also very easy too use too, and an overall great app!
Users want a repeating alert when a step's time runs out, not just one at the end
A single end-of-step notification is easy to miss when distracted; users want a follow-up signal that a task is running over
I downloaded this app to replace Tiimo. The app works great and definitely contributes to me getting to work on time each day. The biggest downside is that the "activity finished" reminders aren't as helpful as they could be. The reminders occur at 1 minute, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes after you're supposed to have finished a task. If my task is only 2 minutes long, a reminder 10 minutes later is ho
the alarm only goes off at the beginning of your routine (it is LOUD and SCARY) but then there's no alarms for other parts of the routine. I was hoping this app would help me stick on schedule since I doomscroll a lot in the mornings but there's no visual or audio alarm so I just keep doomscrolling without knowing my time is already up, and this sucks for someone with severe time blindness!!!! it'
I had subbed for a very long time, but I got frustrated with the lack of one feature: actual reminders that go off part way through the task you're doing to keep you on track. It doesn't help me that when I'm doing a 10 minute task and get distracted it tells me it finished and I need to go to the next one, and that's my reminder of I should have been doing that task. As much as I loved it before,
Users want a lock-screen timer widget
Users want to see the countdown over other apps or on the lock screen so a distraction doesn't make them lose track of the routine
I wish there was a home widget showing the timer in progress with the options to complete or skip for example(not sure you could make rearranging possible and comfortable from a widget but that would be cool too, even if it opens the whole app to do it if that's the only option to make it comfy, or having some other options on the widget as well), like a countdown. Having a reminder like that fron
i like the idea and i found it very helpful but ive had the app for very long time using it occasionally and especially recently it got really laggy and still has many bugs... also the settings are quite confusing. edit : the ui got much better over the past months and many bugs are getting fixed, 5 stars:) the only thing i would really appreciate is a music-app-like media player so i could check
works great as described, been using the free version for like a year almost daily. however the app feels quite clunky (often reloading and taking a while to load) and I wish there was a way to keep a popup of routinery open on top of my phone while I have other apps open (I like listening to music or sometimes need to use other apps etc while running routinery). also now that LLMs are a popular t
Users want different tasks on different days of the week
No per-day task scheduling (e.g., gym on weekdays, cleaning on weekends) makes a flexible weekly routine impossible
Great app. Nothing is wrong with it other than I will say I wish you could pick your week days and weekends but overall great app I would highly recommend getting it.
Only just installed, I'm trying to like it but cannot set different tasks for different days? That's the entire thing I use my paper schedule for, to note down what days to do different things. With this I cannot see how to do that. Edit: The next day it was just a blank white screen, uninstalled.
No way to undo an accidental check-off or backfill a missed day
Accidentally tapping 'done' can't be reversed, and forgotten days can't be closed retroactively — streaks get wiped
Awsome but there 100% need to be a back button. Should not have to skip through the whole thing, then restart it, skip through till I get back where I was, and do all that just because I accidentally press the huge complete button.
Love the design and way you flow through your routines but it has gotten really buggy and I don't like that I can't go back and check off what I did yesterday if things get crazy.
I always forget to check things off. other than that it's a great app.
Rigid countdown causes stress for some users
Perfectionists and people who dislike rushing find the timer anxiety-inducing — it creates a race-against-the-clock feeling instead of calm
It's good but I felt a little stressed due to the timer because I'm a perfectionist so.. yeah!! I was not on my phone the whole time which is good! Thank you ! 8/10!
The app is nice, but I don't like that the routines are by the clock. I don't like to feel rushed, it makes me reject what I'm doing because I feel stressed about having to complete it within a time frame and then having to go do the next thing in my routine
Like this app, it helps me stay relaxed 🥹🤗 Don't have to rush with anything 🥹🎓🎓👍🏻 Like it before the update 💪🏻👏🏻 new updated, which is not great for me 😢😢 And it wouldn't let me do the days that I've chosen 🤔🤔
Controversial additions: AI features and a social feed turn users off
Forced AI (some of it gated behind a gender selection) and a social feed turn a focused planner into a distracting social network; users want them toggleable
I love this app, please don't ruin it with AI. Make it optional, I want to opt out. I'm a paying client, don't force this on me like every other app.

This morning, the routine alarm just didn't go off. A few weeks ago the app gave me a black screen for a day and I lost my streak. Very often when I tap on a notification it just black screens and I have to close and re-open the app. The routine process is pretty fiddly. It was still useful enough for me to continue using it, but the use of AI has tipped me over to uninstalling.
