much better than zwift for me. I like going all over the world and it's revolutionised my training. I couldn't ride 45 mins indoors now I'm doing 3.5 hours
Big fan of the realism - much more engaging than Zwift's cartoon world for me for a virtual ride / workout.
By far the best indoor cycling app i've ever used. Every update is improving the riders experience & training to keep you more focused. The realistic visualisation of the routes keep you more immersed to be able to ride for longer.

Great concept, but poorly maintained app. On at least two occasions, I have been an hour plus into a tough ride, only for the server to freeze.
The concept and video content is great. The problem is the APP just doesn't work properly. Everytime I want to do a ride I have to uninstall the APP and reinstall it because it will not find anything when I do a search, it won't find my favourite rides or history.
I have good Internet ect and its still crashes. When you're on your big interval day and three quarters through it doesn't make you happy, I think 3 months of perseverance is enough. Great when it working though.

can't login to the app to even get going. I have downloaded it on 2 separate tablets having signed up for the 7day free trial. On the login page the e-mail box wont activate and allow me to enter anything!
Was glad to see it eventually downloadable on my Chromebook but - similar to others - can't get past login, let alone try and connect to my smart trainer.
Cannot even log in - refuses to recognise the pixelbook keyboard so cannnot get past the log in screen

Constamt problems with virtual shifting. Extremely frustrating when you only want to do a quick ride. The app would be nice if not for the technical issues. Please fix it.
first it was virtual shifting, claimed to work in February, still not working in November. Supposedly fixed, per an email I got last week, but I can't verify that because the app refuses to load routes to ride.
Showstopper for me is that virtual shifting is only supported on select trainers; my ThinkRider XX-Pro shifts fine in MyWhoosh, but no support here.

Pain to start, always starts from first install screen I'm paying to use an app not play around with updates every week I come back to it after a month and its needs another update and it takes me an hour
Literally the only app I have over 500mb (i think its over 1gb?!?) and it keeps NEEDING me to update it every few months. Each time needing over 500mb of space. If i say no then I cant use the app i pay for. An absolute joke for an app this expensive and this slow once it is updated and installed.
the latest update doesn't work....been working fine, finally for last 12months or so. As of today with new update not working, don't release updates without testing.
