After a scary encounter recently, I wanted something that would help me keep my child safe without feeling like I had to constantly hover. So far Bark has been great. I can see where my child is and get notifications when she arrives or leaves home
We have been using this app for 4+ years and it just keeps getting better. It helps open doors for lots of important conversations. It also helps us teach our teen how to navigate relationships that are hard and tricky.
There is not a more comprehensive monitoring app out there.

Приложение ежедневно отключается от телефонов детей, причём для восстановления связи нужен физический доступ к устройству ребёнка — критичный изъян для удалённого контроля.
I love its idea but its so annoying how it disconnects front my kids devices and I have to constantly reconnect them iphone or android it dont matter needs a lot of work
Bark is great... when it works. it is constantly losing connection to my kids' phones, which totally defeats the purpose.

Flags everything as sexual content. Nearly all texts and photos my son took while on vacation in DC were flagged as sexual content, including a statue of Helen Keller and animals in an exhibit.
it flagged a video of our pet frog for sexual content. things like "medically concerning content" every time someone says "that's sick!"
The only "monitoring" alerts we actually receive are for irrelevant YouTube subscriptions—nothing about the videos my child is actually watching.

location rarely updates, alerts come in hours later. I pay enough that this service should work flawlessly.
location breaks very often. other data is great.
Alerts and parental controls are good. The location tracking is awful. Its great when it works but the kid has to "check in" pretty often in order to trigger it to start working again. Most of the time it says "No activity in last 24 hours". Also one time it showed her 1/2 mile into the pacific ocean when her phone was on the beach.

there is no real customer service when something goes wrong. Just a useless AI chatbot with generic answers.
NOW I HAD TO DELETE MY ORIGINAL COMMENT BECAUSE YOUR RIDICULOUS APP THAT I'M NO LONGER SUBSCRIBED TOO WON'T LET ME UNINSTALL THE APP FROM MY SONS PHONE BECAUSE THE CODE THAT I CAN'T EVEN USE BECAUSE I'M NOT SUBSCRIBED TO IT!!!! THERE'S NO WAY TO EVEN CONTACT ANYONE BESIDES A STUPID USELESS AI BOT!!!!
