Свежезарегистрированные пользователи регулярно сталкиваются с автоматической блокировкой — кнопка «Agree» не работает, логин не проходит, доступ теряется уже в первые сутки.
Just joined, logged me out and didn't want to accept my password anymore. then locked up my account
cannot login since new terms of service, agree button does nothing.
Made an account, succeeded in linking my bank *according to plaid and after doing it 3 separate times thinking it didnt go through the first 2 times* but its still saying to link a bank account to deposit funds so now im just not gonna deal with y'all. Lost my trust in less than 24hrs

Binance US Support is extremely poor. Responses are very slow, tickets stay open for days or weeks, and issues are often not resolved at all.
This platform failed me. My refund is missing and support has been useless. Weeks of waiting with no progress.
I forgot my login and there is no way to contact customer support unless you're logged in

Принять депозит просто, вывести — нет: средства блокируются, запросы игнорируются, пользователи остаются без денег и без объяснений.
YOU CANNOT TRANSFER BACK INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. AND SUPPORT IS WORTHLESS.
despite providing binance with all the info and more than what they requested, I have been left with no other solution but to leave the platform, keep using them if you want to lose your funds, I won't ANYMORE. and I didn't get my money by the way, they kept it for themselves apparently.

it's a good app and platform... only thing I don't like is how the US version gets no perks but the rest of the would gets all kinds of rewards for being a member
They forced me to sell everything just because I live in the US. Many things not tradable elsewhere. Lost thousands just because of Binance.
