Аккаунт блокируется без объяснений, часто навсегда
Долгосрочные пользователи с аккаунтами 9–10 лет получают блокировку без уведомления и без шанса восстановить доступ — поддержка ссылается на политику, не раскрывая причин.
the app is completely rubbish now...you get disabled with no reason...CS is not working...even if you delete the account and create another...you don't get verified. my 10 year account disabled with no email nothing. Nonsense.
I was using this app for a while had a couple of hiccups along the way but was okay then all of a sudden asked for verification again even after I had been verified and was using and then couldn't do anything no explanation as to why even customer service can't help just kept saying unable to verify and can't say why

This is the worst crypto app I've ever used. You deposit your money but they will withhold your withdraw for more than one month. Ive emailed them thousands of fund to release my money but they keep telling me it's under review.
the support team of the app they don't reply it can take up to 20 day or:a month+ for them to reply on simple email and it's frustrating

can never login always some bug, on desktop it doesn't redirect to wallet after 2FA email, on Android it can never communicate with Server.
App is unusable since the update yesterday, just goes into an endless login loop. I tried uninstalling and now I can't even get past the sign up/sign in page because it throws an error instead of sending me an email. In regards to the response: not everyone uses gmail for everything.

Its just a overall mid experience. Super average way to buy crypto the UI is not as good as other apps. The fees are a lot higher then other apps.

Раздел перпс периодически не загружается вовсе — только чёрный экран. При открытых позициях это означает невозможность выйти из сделки во время движения рынка.
I like using this app, but the perps section sometimes just doesn't load at all. It'll just be a black screen, resulting in me restarting the app like 5 times. I feel like this is a serious problem because if I am shorting Bitcoin, I wouldn't even be able to get out fast if the price starts to go back up
