Todo muy simple, coches limpios, conductores correctos, sin prisa , agua a disposition.

Excellent app and service. Other apps like Uber and Freenow are completely unreliable they take prebooking and never show up. Cabify at 4am was able to instantly assign a driver.

you need a number from the countries they support aka if you are a tourist, you are locked... in 2026 btw

Unable to register at all. It doesn't allow me to send their WhatsApp verification to my international number. Also no alternative to receive the code through a local number by sms

driver assignment is completely unreliable. 10 mins before pickup time to airport at 6am still no assigned driver and this was the second time happened to me. however the moment i cancelled the booking to book a driver through an other app, immediately a driver was assigned and had to pay 10 euro for cancellation.

I had a scheduled trip to the airport, which I booked two days in advance. However, just five minutes before the scheduled departure, I received a message stating, "Can you wait longer? We can't assign a driver for you," despite a driver having been assigned two days prior.

I had 6 drivers assigned and cancelled on me, waited for an hour and ended up getting a taxi, they shouldn't be able to cancel without some penalty to the driver

Extra charges are not shown on the ride price. Only after the ride I was charged for "Procesamiento de servicio, seguridad y sostenibilidad" and "High demand" fees. This is so unfair, they should be honest and transparent with the final price people play BEFORE the ride.

Quite a convenient application, normal drivers. But a big but! I had payment via Google Pay and they took advantage of it! They first took payment for the trip. Then, two hours later they cancel this payment and withdraw a larger amount!

Dejé la bolsa con el conductor en el auto. Cuando salí del auto, intenté contactar al conductor, pero Cabify no me dio una manera de contactarlo. Me puse en contacto con el servicio al cliente, pero me ignoraron y no contactaron al conductor durante 4 días.
