Excellent app and service. Other apps like Uber and Freenow are completely unreliable they take prebooking and never show up. Cabify at 4am was able to instantly assign a driver.

just five minutes before the scheduled departure, I received a message stating, "Can you wait longer? We can't assign a driver for you," despite a driver having been assigned two days prior. Fortunately, Bolt was able to accept my request, otherwise I would have missed my flight.

Drivers purposely say they have arrived before they really do or wait on the wrong street to waste time and then make circles to get to you so they can make extra money.
They add a ridiculous amount of wait time (which is false) and when you complain, the only response you get from them is that that extra charge (with no justification) is correct
Terrible support. I got charged a waiting fee while the driver had not even reached the pickup point.

I've lost count of the number of times I've requested a ride in this app with no response at all. Different days, different times of the day, 5-10-15 minutes waiting and there's nothing at all.
Just searched for driver for 30 minutes. Which I could have understood but it continuously told me it would find one soon
They kept me waiting next to Barca stadium but couldn't find a taxi. cancelled the ride and ordered via Uber and it came in 1 minute.

the app will say it is 9 minutes to your destination then when it finds a driver says 19 minutes away. not going to wait that long. another diver was 5 minutes away but at the last block turned away and suddenly was 10 minutes away.

the app isn't bad but the prices are always higher than at bolt or Uber.
As other reviews, prices are higher than the normal taxi service, at least in Santiago de Compostela. Was quoted €25 for a ride that ended up being €11 for the normal taxi service.
Not enough drivers. Impossible to get a ride. On top of that, it's the most expensive option

I've had the same issue in which the driver leaves me in awkward places pretty far (about 3 km) from the set destination.
