Everytime Careem accept order and after 1 hour they will call and say no captain available in the area.if they doesnt have captains in area why they accept order.
The service provided is consistently unsatisfactory, with bookings frequently canceled. The temperature outside is high. The captain unilaterally decides whether to proceed, which is very disappointing.
was good but now worst service.drivers don't show up and trip get canceled and they insult you even if you are going to a funeral or a hospital..and they deduct cancelation fees even if you didn't cancel..

The app is generally good and easy to use, but we are facing an important issue. Many captains (drivers) refuse to accept payments through the wallet and insist on cash payments only. When a passenger is unable to pay in cash or requests to use the wallet, some drivers behave rudely and unprofessionally.
Once it was a great services . now a it is getting bad Some of the captins take extra money by cheating neither returning the change nor adding it to the wallet , some are lying about the fee saying that the apps dont show the real fee Most of the captins get upset about card or wallet payment ,they prefer cash because off cash withdrawal issue
This new payment system is total rubbish! Why would you ask for cssh even if I have balance in my CareemPay wallet!? I don't always have freakin cash!

Zero stars if that were possible. My money has been held for weeks, I received inconsistent information regarding the refund process, and my support ticket was closed without resolving the issue.
they took 62 jod as a deposit twice 31 then another 31 when the app saying only 30 It just doesn't make any sense. And when I spoke to the customer service, they literally took 3 days to send me one message, and now I've been waiting for more than a week for the second message.

The worst experience ever! your driver MD Hasan tried to scam me by inflating my bill, he missed every turn purposely while saying the gps is not working properly. He went outside the fast lane just to make a U turn to go back to the same road.
Extremely poor experience. The application is bugged badly. I booked for Jumeirah Village Circle and the driver dropped me to business bay.
