После сбоя платёжной системы пользователи платили дважды за одну подписку и не могли добиться возврата: чат-бот службы поддержки уходил в петлю или не отвечал.
Terrible payment experience. I paid ₹475 and my subscription didn't activate properly. Profiles remained locked, so I paid again and was charged another ₹475. Ended up paying ₹950 for what should have been a single subscription.
I payed my premium infct they double charged me and I still dont have my premium. I went throw there customer service 2 times still no premium I email the email I was given by tech support I got told to go to the tech support hot line this has been happening for 12 days now

please Give options for Video speed for 1.5x, 2x , 3x and also add category for new complete season anime
just giving 3 star becoz of the playback speed just give the features to adjust faster playback speed you have not given the features to fast the speed to 1.5 ,2x
