Блокировка аккаунта без объяснений и выхода на поддержку
Аккаунты блокируются без предупреждения, иногда за банальную смену телефона. Поддержка не отвечает, а сам чат доступен только из заблокированного приложения — замкнутый круг.
Locked me out of my account with money in it. Won't send any kind of password to me to unlock my account and wont even respond on live chat.
just shut down my account with funds on it for trying to change my phone number and support doesn't respond
I keep coming up error on login so I cant log in. There is no way to contact support unless I am in the app. Bottom line is my money is trapped in the app that I cannot login to or find support outside the app

they let you deposit as much as you want but God forbid the time that you want to transfer funds to out of this app in that case they will call you scams, terrorism and all kinds of malicious activities just to not let you take your money out!

if you want to be in constant pain with blocking your accounts and freezing funds it is the best app to download. and they will not give you any reasons why they blocked your account.

The App has become super slow on the phone. It is very unusable on the phone when 2FA is required. It keeps asking for PIN number and very often the PIN button cannot be pressed.
the app is very slow... glitchy.. black screen.. doesnt load... very bad exchange...
it's ridiculously laggy. I'm having issues putting in combos. inconsistent. always have to restart the app.
