После обновления или простой смены телефона приложение зависает на экране входа, крутится бесконечно или выдаёт «unauthorized». Аккаунт блокируют на дни и недели, и разблокировать его вручную почти некому.

they keep on updating the app and say that they are making it better, but it was better 10 years ago.

Приложение требует обновления почти при каждом запуске, а внутри заваливает попапами и уведомлениями про спорт, миссии и эирдропы — даже когда такие уведомления отключены. Это мешает работать и тормозит сам сервис.
I have every notification turned off, except the ones for card activity, and it pushes stupid notifications about sports, the stock market, campaigns, air drops, etc everyday.
Multiple popup adds every time you log in. If I wanted ads, I'd watch YouTube.

Анстейк CRO в приложении недоступен — нужен браузер, а стейкинг ETH «активируется» неделями вместо обещанного дня. Сам токен CRO рухнул, и доходность давно не та, что была.
You can't unstake CRO on the app. You need to log onto a Web browser, that needs fixing.
It has now been five weeks and it's still "activating", contacted customer support and I'm now being told it will take 70 days to activate.
