Consistently cheaper than Uber. Even when I had a free trial for Uber One, DiDi was still better value.

I used to be a loyal customer, but since June, this app has turned into a total scam. They bait you with a low price when you book, but the moment the ride starts, the price suddenly doubles for no reason.
When there was no price jacking DiDi are cheaper than Uber and Cabs, but price jacking is happening more and more with DiDi. A $12.68 price jack more than an estimate is wrong.

horrible app. tried it out in guadalajara México. I've ordered 4 rides and they all have not picked up. they just make you wait and then cancel on you.
Didi se está volviendo una de las peores aplicaciones para moverse, ya no se sabe por qué pasa tan a menudo que aceptan y cuando vienen a 1 minuto cancelan, los conductores deberían dejar esa maña de inflar los precios haciendo eso o forzando a pagar el boost
All drivers constantly cancel requests from customers, which makes it extremely hard to get a ride anywhere. Also, the app has debited money from my bank account to cover rides, but does not process refunds for cancelled rides.

what is wrong with the routing in this app? the app just sent the driver on a scenic route through various back streets, adding 5-10 minutes, when a single left turn on a major thoroughfare would have delivered the driver directly to me.
purposely uses longer routes to raise prices. Tested multiple times using different trips.
