ever since the most recent update I've been unable to watch Disney+ on my Samsung galaxy A15 5G,my Playstation 5 and my vizio 4k ultra HD smart TV. everytime I open the app on any of my devices it continues to say error code 9 please contact Disney+ for support.

Garbage app with support to match. The app won't load, just keeps telling me "error code 9". Meanwhile, their support line randomly crashes at different points in the ivr menu

since the recent update at 3:05am on 6/18/26 I cannot get into Disney+. it tells me that it is having trouble connecting to my account with an Error Code of 9.

App continues to crash. After ads play the screen goes black and won't continue playing.

paid for plus and now everytime I click to watch it just freezes as soon as ads starts, turns green and glitches entire phone

On top of the sluggish interface, ads, as frequent as on cable TV and disappearing subtitles there is now a wonderful "error 9".

glitches too much! the offline shows downloaded only work when you have internet. So why would I download to be offline if I need to be online?

if you are downloading an episode you have to keep the app open or it stops...

La app no funciona bien, a cada rato que quiero entrar me indica que hay problemas para acceder al servidor. En especial cuando quiero acceder a mis descargas offline. ¿Cuál es el punto de tener descargas si me pide tener acceso a internet para verlas?
