I wish I could turn off the insane amount of messages that accumulate in the app so I wouldn't have to look at the annoying red alerts. I've been using Fastic for quite awhile now - around three years. It has helped me lose more than fifty pounds.
Ever since starting this app again, i've tried many others.This one has been user friendly and also customer service is a hundred percent on your side. It's been using the app and the self help tips and motivation and daily reminders have help me tremendously from a 190 pounds.All the way down to a 170.

You literally cannot exit an ad. Free version is basically unusable.
Absolute worst. If you don't want to pay a subscription, the free version shows ads that take over the app and you cannot back out of the ad, forcing a click or many click throughs to the website advertising.
Was great but now unusable due to ads. I've had this app for 2 years and it's been fine. For the last few weeks the ads have made it unusable. They pop up each time I add a fast start or finish time and the only way to get past them is to uninstall and then reinstall the app.

When you try to cancel the subscription, it goes to an infinite loading page. I will change my rating if you fix this because this is a big issue.
I loved how it gamified intermittent fasting. But when I got the app again a couple days back, it was quite frustrating because there was no way to say no to signing up for fastic plus subscription. I tried closing the app and relaunching but would still be stuck at that page. Finally decided to just sign up with plan to cancel it during the 3 day trial. But no matter how many different times I tried to open Manage Subscriptions, it won't load.
My biggest dislike comes from the great difficulty I encountered to cancel my subscription. The " manage subscription " page would not load. I followed the instructions to cancel via play store- it wasn't listed. It took me more than 2 hours to find a way to finally cancel.

After opening the app you are bombarded by AI slop for 15 minutes before you can even use anything. 15 minutes straight of data harvesting, with AI generated images, million options that nobody asked for.
It takes 30 minutes to set up with a ridiculously long questionnaire. Been using it for two days but honestly the amount of ads and popups is unbearable, every food item logged, every start and end fast time.
makes you go through so many questions at the start I just uninstalled and went with a different app.
