I like the body fast app it helps to keep me on track I don't use the coaches I can't afford that but the free part is wonderful
been using the free version for years on and off and it's great
love this app, its actually introduced me to IF and made it easy. Only downside is is SO expensive after your weeks trial. £29.99 a month is a lot of money and I just can't afford that which is sad for me.

Отмена через Google Play не останавливает платежи — кнопка управления подпиской внутри приложения ведёт в тупик, пользователи вынуждены идти в банк.
Was continued to be charged after canceling through Google Play store. Totally unacceptable.
It is very difficult to cancel your subscription. I have followed all of their suggestions, just lead to a dead end. I will have to contact my bank to cancel.
i stopped using the app...stopped the subscription and uninstall it and they tried to charge me anyway....

Голодание дольше 16 часов и нестандартные схемы требуют дорогого тарифа «коуч», хотя для многих пользователей это единственная нужная им функция.
It will not let you fasy morethan 16hrs if you do no pay for a coach. I just want to track my fasting.
there are better apps out there Id skip this one-- like you cant even track OMAD without the "coach" plan... its just a money trap
quite clunky to use and does not easily allow for changes to fasting schedule. Also does not support manual start/ stop function.

Edit Feb 2026: Love the app, BUT the ads have become so loud and in-your-face with videos, that its embarrassing to call up the app with anyone else in the room. Sadly, I've decided to uninstall the app.
so many ads and pop-ups it made it unusable
awful awful awful app!! they have charged me twice and I don't even get access for the subscription I paid for!! full of adverts and pop ups even though I paid!
