The app doesn't show how much money I should pay for the trip, which means the driver can charge me any price. It's ridiculous.
There is severe security risk in that there is no automatic transfer of meter fare into tallying system. He may not even turn on meter. Instead, cab driver manually punches in a number at conclusion which may or may not correspond to true meter fare.
Do not use! They overcharge you more than it says on the meter! On top of that I got charged £79 for a trip that would have cost £26 on Uber.

Garbage app.. allows cabbies to input their own price and then pressure you to pay in cash anyways.
Be aware - don't use them. they allow you to book rides, then drivers call you to convince you to pay cash an outrageous amount.
So many bad experiences with this app. 1. Biggest problem: Drivers do not turn on the meter and request a ridiculous price based on your accent. If you do not accept, they do not pick you up.

Horrible, slow customer service. One of their drivers ripped me off, first they said they had information about the drive and then said they lost it and that they couldn't refund me since they had no information about the drive.
