Поддержки как таковой нет — только бот по кругу
Самая больная тема жалоб: до живого человека не достучаться, чат-бот зациклен и повторяется, и проблему (возврат, чужой заказ, переплату) решить невозможно.
The help center does not exist, it is just a chat bot on loop designed to make you give up for your refund.
It is so fristrating that there's no live person that I can talk to, your bot keeps on repeating itself and going on circles.
I received other people's order. I cannot talk to a person to resolve it since Grab has an AI that cannot understand requests.

Частая претензия: списывают с карты заранее или дважды, обещанный возврат «за 30 минут» не приходит сутками, иногда с карты снимают даже без заказа.
they charge you in advance saying that if you cancel they return your money in 30 mins . now its been 3 days waiting for my money to be back and still nothing
The app keeps deducting my money via card even though I didn't book any grab ride. I want my money back.

Принудительный passkey намертво запирает вход в приложение
Целая волна жалоб: экран «настройте passkey» нельзя закрыть, а сама настройка падает в «Oops, something went wrong» — переустановка не помогает, приложением вообще нельзя пользоваться.
Unable to use the app as the screen only shows notification regarding adding a passkey that is not possible to close as there is no X button.

It won't allow me to open the app after setting up a passkey. There's always an error message. I uninstalled the app and restart my phone but nothing happen.

Patiently waited 38 mins for the driver to arrive out of respect for his time and effort. Had I known the ride would be cancelled last minute, I could have booked through another app.

Раздражает негибкость отмены: окно в 5 секунд ни на что не хватает, даже один товар из Mart до назначения водителя отменить нельзя, а за отмену ещё и берут плату.

Резкая претензия: реклама на весь экран перекрывает даже отслеживание поездки, долго грузится и делает приложение неюзабельным, плюс пуш-реклама приходит даже при отключённых уведомлениях.
The amount of ads over everything is just INSANE! You can't even properly check on your ride anymore because an ad is covering your screen nonstop and it's hard to swipe away.

So sick of seeing "sorry, the code you've enter is fully redeemed or invalid" which is valid the day before.
grab fare fluctuate . in the morning it range rm 12 to rm 29 for a distance of 7.9 km from 5 am to 6.40 am. Driver wait for fare hike even when then are nearby to cm.

set location is the pain in the a** in Vietnam. I have to use my neighbor address because I cannot set the location as my family's house.

Барьер на входе: коды верификации приходят с огромным опозданием или не доходят вовсе, OTP не завершается, а капча с размытыми картинками добивает — аккаунт не создать.
Doesnt work. Sign up never finishes OTP.
