Поддержка отфутболивает на авиакомпанию и отель — никто не отвечает за бронь
Когда что-то идёт не так, поддержка Hopper твердит «not possible», говорит звонить в авиакомпанию или отель, а те отправляют обратно в Hopper — клиент часами ходит по кругу без решения.
They told me changes and cancellations have to be done through the airline, but the airline app didn't even show my booking number.
The agents are nasty and just keep saying "not possible"when you request help.
Both of them are saying the other has to do it.

Приложение прямым текстом обещает, что в цену входят все сборы, но на ресепшене всплывают курортные сборы, депозиты и доплаты в десятки и сотни долларов — то, чего не было видно при оформлении.
they sneak in fine print that states additional charges like resort fees will be collected when checking it. This is not the definition of all fees included.
App CLEARLY says "all prices, taxes, and fees are included in final price."
They did NOT pay all the fees! I had to pay $150 for the deposit.

the hotel was overbooked. Hotel staff said they reached out to hopper to cancel our reservation a month ago but hopper never contacted me or canceled the reservation.

Everything is locked behind the pro feature. UI is dogsh1t. Super hard to navigate without them throwing microtransactions and subscriptions at you.
they created a paywall for the very feature that was their shtick...watching deals on flights.

I tried booking through the app and received errors of connectivity, but I was still charged and it did not show up in the app. I was charged twice.
they tried authorizing my card a total of 100 times. My bank said they'd never seen a company do that. They tried charging me 43,676 dollars

There is no way to contact customer support if booking from India, no email, chat option is available, only generic AI stupid assistant. Calling US number is not feasible and extremely costly
it requests me to dial in to an international tool free number. Being from India, I cannot make that call.
Cherry on top, NO support email ID to escalate the issue.

Поток уведомлений невозможно отсортировать: алерты о падении цены тонут в спаме про «классные места, которые тебе понравились», а сами пуши открывают приложение, не показывая ни даты, ни цены.
am uninstalling because of the number of spammy notifications and the inability to sort between them and price drops
every hour there is a notification, every click in app gives you popup to purchase pro version.
the notification only opens the app, and it doesn't even show what date the price it showed was for so you just have to guess. Pointless and annoying feature
Freeze-цена и доплата за место/багаж не оправдываются
Платный «Price Freeze» не гарантирует цену и невозвратен, а доплата за место и больше места для ног просто не срабатывает — Hopper говорит, что рассадкой не занимается.
The whole "Price Freeze Tool," ABSOLUTE SCAM! They basically pocket your $, and your price isn't guaranteed.
I paid extra for leg room and did not get it. Zero help because they don't handle seating .... Don't pay extra for better seating through here.
