I just had a horrendous situation with Delta airlines delaying my flight 4x's screwing up all my connecting airports & connecting flights by 2 hours each. I had no idea that HOPPER monitored. Finally flying home, HOPPER emailed me that they were fully refunding me.

Hopper Customer Support Is Excellent. I made an error on an airline ticket purchase, and the telephone agent was easy to get hold of and quickly fixed my problem.

first hotel I booked with app was a total nightmare, hopper got me a full refund for both nights due to the hotel being dishonest and absolutely disgusting. 2 nd time using the app was a much better experience!

This company uses deceptive pricing when booking hotels. They state price includes all fee, however, they sneak in fine print that states additional charges like resort fees will be collected when checking it.

this app is the biggest rip off ever I paid double what I should have. this app ain't nothing but a dam scam app. anyone using this app just be prepared to pay an additional amount once you get to hotel.

I tried booking through the app and received errors of connectivity, but I was still charged and it did not show up in the app. I was charged twice. The customer service agent kept interrupting me and yelling over me.

Terrible, you can never get an English speaking person or a supervisor when you have an issue and you definitely will at one point, I can assure you . The agents are nasty and just keep saying "not possible"when you request help.

There is no way to contact customer support if booking from India, no email, chat option is available, only generic AI stupid assistant.

selected the hotel, found the room, selected payment, made the reservation. Then got confirmation it was for literally tonight. one night. At some point the date got scrambled

I purchased 3 tickets via Hopper from Birmingham England to Chicago. Total cost= $1,000. I arrived at the airport 3 hours early as I knew security could be bad. I was denied a boarding pass as Hopper didn't apply the eTicket to my confirmation number correctly.

Trying to book a trip and every listing that pops up in the search shows "not available" or price is massively different.
