This is unfair. How is it your rule that a driver spends his own petrol money and time to reach the passenger, but the passenger can cancel on their own wish? Petrol is very expensive. My time and fuel are wasted, and inDrive still holds my balance.
Very disappointed with InDrive. I accepted a ride and drove to the pickup location, spending my time and fuel. When I arrived, the passenger canceled and never showed up. Drivers lose money in these situations, yet there is no compensation for wasted fuel and time.
This is the most Fraudulent in-app hailing i have even seen.All they care about is there commission and nothing else.How would you debit once wallet when a passengers cancelled there trip without knowing the reason for such cancellation

InDrive Support Team, I am writing to request assistance with an issue I am currently facing. I am unable to open the InDrive app, as it shows that I have violated some policy. However, I have not engaged in any activity that would constitute a violation. Even when I attempt to log in using a new number, the app still shows me as blocked.
Dont use this app as a driver there driver support didnt care about the driver problems and simply suspend your account permanently if you open your account to another phone.
at first it was good but slow n gradually this platform has become Phetatic for drivers with high tax rates... poor customer service....low income generation source for drivers.
