I've never invested in my life. kraken makes it so easy! you can start with $5, load automatically or when you want to invest. the economy makes some cheaper, but you can see how it's been doing for a year, so you can make an informed decision.

Support constantly makes bogus claims about "getting back to you soon via email," pretends to help but doesn't do jack. Withdraws keep failing for no reason mentioned, 24/7 support takes more than a business day to reply.
Terrible. They freeze my account without give me an explanation. Dont respond the emails i send them. And i havent had news about the money y deposit in the account.

ALWAYS fails when needed. Whenever I try to use this app for purchasing it 9/10 will freeze or just not load anything. Wouldn't trust Kraken if I was in a pinch or time restricted.
Fantastic trading app when it works. I've lost some trades due to the app freezing and not being able to buy at the time or sell when I needed to.
App consistently freezes. Absolute terrible time trying to get the app to operate. I've tried force stopping and clearing the cache. no help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled.

They'll show you a price and a fee when you purchase something, but won't tell you there's actually a spread between your purchase and market value, so they'll deceptively sell you less than your actual purchase without explaining that to you.
A huge chunk of my returns were taken away only on conversion and withdrawal fees (more than -20€ for a 500€ position in my case).

one day I got notice theyre changing the crypto coin I mostly bought to a different base and it would be a 1 for 1 transfer I started with just shy of 800k coins after the change I only had 71k no help from the stupid AI bot
kraken did not safeguard my ACH info. In 1 month almost $3000 was stolen from my account. Beware!!!
