Lastpass has been a life saver for me, I'm 62 and have memory issues, and having this app instead of a bunch of notebooks for passwords has been a life changer.

I've been using my LastPass app for a long time now and like everything it gets updated regularly. It's great for extra security

works great, still paranoid about the hack

I've used LastPass for more than 12 years. Would have switched after the data breach had they not been open about the incident and their improvements I wouldn't still be a user.

LastPass used to be my favorite password manager, and then they got in the way of themselves. The worst part is that it waits until you have no internet to start hiding passwords (the thing you actually need from LastPass) from you even if you were fully authenticated into LastPass before you lost internet!

What happened to this app? Everytime I sign in, it's always on the offline mode.

Stop vibe coding! After last update, stuck in offline mode. The app is now useless, again.........

A recent update broke auto fill. I use to be able to login with biometrics for autofill, which would be cached for a few minutes. Now, I'm promoted for my master password ever single time.

I've been a paying customer for years, but I can't recommend it since it stopped working. Autofill options no longer activate on anything. I have to open the app manually and copy paste my passwords.

Update broke auto fill for Google Pixel. App on phone now says I have no passwords for commonly used sites and fails refresh (keeps saying I'm offline when I am not).

CONSTANTLY, CONSTANTLY signing me out. I've one phone and yet it is CONSTANTLY recognized as a NEW device nearly every single time I try to use Last Pass. I truly HATE this app so much, it is BY FAR my most HATED app!!!!!

Constantly requires me to sign in again, even with biometrics enabled.

I am a premium user and The app always says it needs to be reconnected to the internet. it won't take my master password and this is worthless.

support nightmare!! paid support on phone or on the computer. when you click to get support even by chat it moves you to another screen that says you're not logged in and then you can't get support. pure hell I don't recommend this app to anyone because if you have any problems you have no way to get to anybody.

No way to contact them by phone or email. Ridiculously lacking in support.

It is impossible to reach a human when having an issue that the bot responses don't solve.
