A cordial, professional,safe trip in a spotless interior of a plush vehicle was what I received.
I use a wheelchair and the drivers have been great with it.

constant double charges 2-3 days after original payment taken out of account. customer service no longer willing to help as im "abusing thier system" to get my money back they stole in the first place.
everyone dont use app they are double charging people, was double charge for 1 ride this happen to me a few times.
Took my money and won't give it back so don't use this app they take unauthorized holds from your bank account for a ride that you took plus the money for the ride and then you have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get your money back.

Your app used to work very well. Lately it absolutely sucks! It doesn't update as it should. It will show that my driver is 3, 4, 5 minutes away when they have actually already arrived.
Lyft is getting as bad as Uber: I paid for Priority pickup (3 minutes instead of 7), and as soon as I confirmed wait time was 8 minutes. it's just lies
will lie about wait time. "8 min" wait to have you wait 15m+ while offering the option to pay more to find a ride when you already paid for the ride requested in X time.

DO NOT USE! please use uber. the support with Lyft is none existent. if you have a problem your only option is to message in a chat and its a lot of "im so sorry to hear that," and so on. in addition, they might just stop messaging you back
Left me stuck at work for 3 hours. App just suddenly got stuck in a id verification loop. Im already a verified rider, so that makes literally no sense.
cant submit location change...AI bot told me to reinstall app when I am waiting already at the airport for a scheduled pickup.
