No need to telephone. I love that you can send a message, arrange an appointment and get advice.
User friendly. I love being able to schedule appointments after clinic hours. It also allows me to store my pets info and download their pics.

I love using this app to keep track of my cats vaccination appointments and can email about occasional questions and concerns with Quick response.
The app is very user friendly and it's nice having all of my cat's information readily available.

This sucks! I just want to see my pet's lab results and I can't get to them.
cant pull up lab results and they dont arrive for a week even if I could. I get notifications then have to call vet
I can't access my pet's test results without signing into this. The password requirements are ridiculous. The whole app seems to just be an unnecessary and incredibly frustrating extra step.

to many options in app do not work correctly example request a refill submit button doesn't work and doesn't let you select reasons for refills
nothing seems to actually work. when our vet first started using it, i could request appointments and refills through the app, but now everything just does nothing but display old info.
when requesting appts it brings me to a blank screen often so I always have to call the vet anyways.

I forgot my password and when I click on forgot my password it takes me to a message that tells me to put in my email but it won't let me
went to schedule an appt with a first time provider, the app set me up with a random person's account not associated with my email when I tried to make the account.
basically unusable. constantly times out in the middle of booking and appointment. extremely frustrating to use.

Приложение не позволяет самостоятельно убрать питомца из активных — нужно звонить в клинику, которая его когда-то завела, но не всегда понятно, какую именно.
Every one of my dead Pets (over the last 15 years) is showing up as "active". The only way to fix is to contact the Vet that has them in the system but it doesn't tell you who the vet is
The app often doesn't sync with the veterinary clinic especially when the appointment gets changed. I also wish there was a way to change the pet listed on appt or to merge pets.
why would EVERRRRR think it was a good idea to remove the feature that hosts all your pets vaccine and surgery history! this is a stupid and pointless app now.
