Every single time I pause a video and lock my phone, unlocking it gives me a completely black screen. The audio plays, but the video stays pitch black. The only way to get it working again is to reboot the device.

The video doesn't appear and sometimes only audio works and the screen remains black. I have faced this issue 10+ times.

when I use your app the screen just randomly goes black for hours I on gear audio what is that rubbish, better fix it up cos I'm tired

Prime Video needs to improve. This is a very slow application. Loading, loading, loading 👎👎

The app lags constantly, stutters during playback, and is riddled with bugs. It’s genuinely embarrassing that pirated streaming sites provide a smoother, more stable experience than a premium paid service. Fix your app.

Too many ad, the video doesn't go full-screen. You actually have to hit the full screen button twice to for it to go full-screen. It shows the x-ray details on the first tap. Even when it does go full-screen, the status bar is not hidden. How have they broken such a fundamental part of a video player?

The toggle buttons at the bottom are not dissapearing whole watching any content in full screen mode. This bug is very irritating kindly improve this ASAP and resolve this error.

this app constantly has issues: buttons not working, on screen displays not going away, caching even though the video is playing. always having to clear cache and storage to get it to work properly. what a joke amazon.

Very badly optimised app. Subtitles are way out of sync. The player is always crashing. They have removed the option of selecting the available preset and it makes the subtitles to cover almost a quarter of the screen with a default black background.

subtitles are ridiculously difficult to manage or change. Half the time, changing subtitle settings is a headache

You can't adjust the subtitle style. If you exit the app for some reason and return the subtitles stop working. Toggling them on amd off does nothing.

basic features such as seamless next-episode autoplay, gesture-based brightness controls, and on-screen volume controls should be standard. The lack of these features makes binge-watching less convenient

the worst user interface.. brightness gets adjusted automatically when a notification comes .. can't watch in landscape mode easily..there is no volume or brightness slider

Hey it's good but I guess there is a feature that's missing and everyone needs it i.e. playback speed controller so that we can adjust the speed of the shows according to our choice

I have taken subscription of 1400 rupee but still they are showing that I have not subscribe, I have contacted to customer team they told ki within an hour either my payment would get written to me or my subscription will start but nothing happened

Kept telling me I was using more than allowed devices logged on at one time when I only had one streaming device logged on.

i get message for getting locked on for 1 month. at least, Apple services are better than yours, where it freezes other devices usages rather than doing a permanent lock.

I was enjoying this app with all the movies and shows but all of a sudden it kick me out of my wife prime. I have prime on tv but not my cell phone which is very suspicious.

Worst UX I have ever seen in my life. The movies and series are superb, great download and caption options too, but the interface is so 2003.

Filters in the search are non existent. The app used to let you select sub-genres, rating, included with prime, etc. Now it gives you no more control than clicking on the presets on the home page.

My 3 favorite shows keep disappearing from my "continue watching" section it's very annoying to have to search them up each time.

Alexa isn't very well linked with prime video. it never remembers where I finished watching series and restarts previous episodes from the beginning

This app does not know how to regulate sound. Worst auditory experience of my life. I change sound options on the TV but it still happens. Gun shots are deafening while someone talking sounds like a whisper at the same volume setting.

download_persistence_not_readable error. this happened once before and it took a few days to work again. it happened again. still not working. can't stream on wifi. can't watch downloaded videos. can't switch profiles. the app isn't working.

Even if you pause a download, the background download doesn't stop, which makes your phone slow. The worst part is that it starts downloading items in the background that you've already downloaded.
