Красивые, наглядные карты и интерфейс — даже когда остальное подводит
Внешний вид — то, что хвалят почти все, даже недовольные. Чистая графика, приятные цвета карты, наглядные подсказки на поворотах и развязках, которые многие считают понятнее, чем у Google Maps. Часто именно за это ставят лишнюю звезду.
The visual aids for turns and exits are SO much better than Google Maps.
The layout and maps are pleasant to the eye. That's the feature that makes it 2 stars instead of 1.
Map colours are pristine though!

Преданные пользователи годами берут Sygic в поездки по Европе, нацпаркам и горам, где связи нет: карты живут на устройстве, не едят трафик и просто работают. Предупреждения о камерах, крутых поворотах и текущая скорость — то, ради чего возвращаются.
Best so far. I've been using Google maps and Waze for years( I like them free coz I'm tight). tried this on android auto and I immediately paid for premium. this is excellent.
not as good day to day as Google maps, but when there is no phone signal, Google is as much use as a chocolate teapot, Sygic just keeps working
great app. essential if your traveling in the mountains or low signal areas like National parks

Голос, звук, управление зумом, подсказки по полосам, Android Auto — то, что у конкурентов бесплатно, здесь требует платной подписки. Без неё человек едет вслепую, без голосовых инструкций, и пропускает повороты прямо на трассе.
Dangerously bad. Sound is a premium feature. Being able to control the zoom is a premium feature. Driving without having to constantly look at your phone is a premium feature... Absolute unusable garbage.
free version is simply a map. all guiding features are disabled unless you pay.
be prepared to pay for everything because apparently you have to pay just to get voice instructions I was using it driving down the highway waiting to hear my instructions almost drove right by my exit

I previously paid for a lifetime license. now they're moving all of the basic features into a "premium" subscription model. making the whole app totally useless. uninstalled!
I used to love this app and even purchased a lifetime license. But when Sygic betrayed us premium lifetime owners by moving major features, that I had paid for in the past, and locking them behind a subscription paywall, then that was it for me.
I bought a lifetime license years ago, and the voice guidance feature that worked in the license I bought years ago was deleted now!

Уже купив Premium, человек продолжает ловить навязчивые баннеры и всплывающие на весь экран предложения докупить режимы для каравана или мотоцикла — иногда прямо во время ночной езды. Это раздражает настолько, что подписку не продлевают.
Insists on regularly showing you full screen ads for modes I'll never use despite paying for premium. I don't own a caravan or motorbike, stop flashbanging me with a fullscreen all white ad when I'm driving at night.
Unbelievable spam I paid for this app and almost every time I use it I'm spammed with fullscreen ads regarding paid extra features . Unacceptable. I don't even have an RV or an MC. Sod off!
App is good, but getting hacked off with getting constant adverts on a paid app. I don't want motor home adverts or any other adverts, it's too often, intrusive & annoying. Won't be renewing

Навигатор закладывает бессмысленные крюки, требует разворотов на трассе, заводит на односторонние улицы против движения и на недостроенные дороги. Для GPS это главная функция — и здесь она подводит сильнее, чем у бесплатных Google Maps и Waze.
Lots of great features. Nice interface. Very inefficient routes. Takes massive detours and pointless routes.
it calculate my journey putting me to drive on a motorway which is not finishet and not open yet! this is bad, very bad!
Provides too many nonsensical routes, like turning left on an overpass to a highway beneath or turning the wrong way down one way streets.

Приложение стабильно падает или зависает чёрным экраном через 5–20 минут движения, а перезапустить его за рулём почти невозможно — приходится глушить машину. Многие держат рядом Google Maps как запасной вариант именно из-за этого.
I will cancel my subscription. The reason i pay for it is for using sygic with android auto. But last month there was not a single time that the app will not crash some minutes after start driving. And in order to fix you must force stop it at phone, something impossible while driving.
the app has not got me to a long range destination 1 single time without locking up.
Feature rich app.. offline maps are terrific, but app freezes after 2-5 minutes via Android Auto, making it completely useless.

Жилые районы и улицы возрастом 5–6 лет до сих пор отсутствуют на карте, точки интереса устарели, а сообщить об ошибке невозможно. Для платного сервиса, где данные карты — это суть, такое отставание от бесплатных конкурентов критично.
I’ve moved to a housing estate that was built 6 years ago, and it’s still missing from your maps.

I didn't realize before purchasing that maps POIs are years out of date, some like 5-6 years, awful.

Приложение показывает чужие ограничения скорости — 70 там, где знак 40, школьную зону путает, а при смене лимита обновляется через несколько километров. Из-за этого человек получает ложные предупреждения и не может доверять цифре на экране.

the speed limit monitoring is awesome however the app is not accurately reflecting when the speed limits change. I have gone miles in a 64mph zone for example before it finally updates the speed limit change
And don't even think about relying on it to tell you what the speed limit is. You would be better off just randomly picking a number.

Чтобы что-то найти, нужно знать точный адрес: по названию магазина поиск либо молчит, либо предлагает локацию за тысячи километров. В итоге люди ищут адрес в Google Maps и вручную вбивают его сюда — то есть пользуются двумя приложениями.
Search function simply doesn't work I live 2 Miles away from a Supermarket Called ( Asda ) in London it suggested a Location in New Mexico 5300 miles away
you can't add waypoints? That seems very poor.
what i hate is the search tool. Compared to google this is rubbish. I can't find the address and even though i have premium i end up using google maps

can't even download maps because they stop downloading when it's 80-90%.
Recently I tried opening Sygic while having no internet connection. It refused to load with a message saying that it needs an internet connection.
I downloaded offline maps, yet it asks me to get a signal before it can generate a map..

Голосовой помощник без конца повторяет «двигайтесь прямо», называет обычные повороты «curve» (а то и «curb»), коверкает грамматику и отвлекает водителя потоком ненужных указаний. Часть людей просто отключает звук или уходит к более лаконичным конкурентам.
If I have to hear "sharp CURB left" or "sharp CURB right" one more time I will lose my mind. It says there are curves (or curbs as it says) on perfectly straight roads.
Talks way to much even when you only have alerts only on. When you're coming to an intersection it says curve coming up...duh! A turn is not a curve.
