Радар бесполезен, когда трекер падает с ошейника
Когда трекер слетает с питомца, именно функция поиска ломается: звук слишком тихий, live-режим отключается, а bluetooth берёт лишь пару метров.
Why would you make an update that if the tracker falls off, because of your cheaply made clips, that you are then unable to use the live tracking feature as well as the noise and sound to find the tracker?
Good luck finding a tracker when it falls off pet. The rubber holders have broken twice now and fell off. App is virtually worthless once the tracker is off pet. I was nearly standing on it before bluetooth (radar) saw it.
Whilst the radar function is helpful the sound is almost in audible (unlike the Jiobit).

the only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is the battery life, only seems to last roughly a day and a half/2 days
one battery lasts a few days and the other lasts about a day. (Not due to one being in safe zone or low power mode, they are setup the same.)
Less than in two years the battery has significantly degraded and won't charge to more than roughly 50%.

the fact that you have to have a subscription without any form of free tier after buying the device is a bit annoying. No subscription? The device is essentially an expensive door stopper.

they have systematically removed the options that are not paying for the tracker years at a time. This makes the product far less useful as dogs age while also making it inconvenient to cancel since they wont prorate service not used
