it's practically more important than my passport. I can't conceive of travelling without it. it's a must-have

You simply forward your confirmation emails to Tripit and they construct your itinerary in a seamless, easy to read format.

I love that I don't have to look around for several different emails to find all the confirmations for hotel, rental car, and flights. All of them are in one place for the whole trip.

It has paid for itself several times over by notifying me when prices drop on one of my travel plans and I've been able to get a travel credit or refund for the difference.

Tripit keeps me up to date on my trips and has successfully negotiated compensation for me in the case of excessive flight delays!

Amazingly helpful way to automatically organize all of your travel. it also basically pays for itself by monitoring lower fares in getting you that savings by rebooking with your airline.

Months or years later I can revisit the trip on Tripit & it's like a second vacation there. It really helps jog your memories.

I love this app! I especially love that you can keep old trips here!!

I tried to log in and "An unexpected error occurred" is all it says, every time. I can log into Tripit on the website, but the app keeps failing. I even tried resetting my password, which was just a waste of time because the app still won't log in.

stopped working. reinstall doesn't help. useless now. "unexpected error has occurred" with any sign in method.

The app never works during the actual trip. Like clockwork, the app returns an internal server error on the day of the trip. The app resumes working normally after the last day of the trip.

unreliable I use this to hold all my flight and hotel details. When it was urgently needed it FAILED. Refused to open. Unexpected error. Not what you need when you are standing in front of immigration.

Getting internal server errors while traveling today. Kind of worthless that when I need the app (and paid for it) it doesn't work.

Used go be a good app, now whenever I sign in and click anything, I get automatically signed out. My app is the latest version and fully up to date but useless if I can only stare at the home screen.

This app has one glaring defect that is fatal. It will at times sign you out and then not let you access your info until you sign back in.

The app keep logging out automatically every few days...so annoying.

I forwarded 8 emails with various transport, accommodation, and events and Tripit didn't recognise a single one of them! I have to enter all the information manually and it doesn't even extract the PDF attachments so I even have to do that manually!

The srvc is supposed to autoparse trip plans sent by email. That often FAILS; even from 'wellknown' vendors (e.g., AirBNB). Manual (re)entry is required.

It reads the first leg of the flight and the rest is lost. Adding flights manually is a poor experience

Pro subscriber. No flight update alerts. Sitting here after 5 emails regarding weather delays from my airline over the last 2+ hrs, not a single update from TripIt, and app still shows flight as "on-time".

I've used this app for over 10 years and really appreciate how easy it is to organize my travel. However, I can no longer trust the app's flight statuses.

If your flight is delayed, it won't tell you, it will just quietly update your itinerary.

I select CREATE AN ACCOUNT, and when I add my information, it says my info doesn't match their records. ITS A NEW ACCOUNT !!!

Couldn't get past the create a password. Everything I tried returned a use a stronger password message.

This is the most intrusive app I have ever used. Be advised that it will read every single email you send and receive.

started using it and two weeks later they are forcing me to add dob, full name and address to keep using the app. Why does an app that organizes map locations need to verify my identity?

It used to be an excellent app, but is now mostly invasive malware. I can not use the app without being harassed to let it have access to my email.

Can't log in anymore because apparently the app does not allow users from the United States to use this app despite the app developer being in the US.

The website won't let me log in, saying I'm trying to log in from an ineligible country. I'm in the US, and my VPN is off.

Access denied for several months... Why? Your website/app don't work in Asia

I had to delete an entire trip because changes to the original flight couldn't be updated or even deleted without deleting everything.

When importing updated itineraries it's unable to see that it is an update, so just adds the update. There's no way to tell which is the correct / latest update, making the itinerary useless.

my wife created a trip but I can't link it to my account in the app. yes, she has shared it with me, etc... This makes the app useless.

I was told that all the features moved to the annual pay version. not paying $99/ year for what used to be free.

but the £49 yearly subscription is simply too much; it's priced astronomically over-priced.

Non-pro has little value, and Pro is too expensive. You can add trips, but you won't get notified of changes.
