Перед тем как просто ввести город, заставляют пройти десятки вопросов, заставки и сбор данных. Многие удаляют приложение, так и не дойдя до планирования — ощущение, что из тебя «фармят» данные.

I got about 10 questions into the intrusive data farming just to log into the thing and then quit
I was forced to answer a whole bunch of irrelevant questions before even using the app.

Заявлено как бесплатное, но после установки требует данные карты под 7-дневный триал с автосписанием. Люди называют это bait-and-switch; некоторых списали без согласия и потом мучали удалением аккаунта.
dishonest right up front it states it's free, then once you install it, it's a 7 day trial and wants credit card info.
not free, have to "sign up" for a 7 day free test, then they AUTOMATICALLY BILL you for $40 a year if you dont cancel, Gfy!

Как только добавляешь разумное число мест, приложение тормозит, зависает и перестаёт отвечать — вплоть до того, что Android предлагает «убить» процесс. Веб-версия работает, мобильная — нет.
Once you add (a reasonable) number of places to a trip, the app constantly freezes and becomes unusable

It hangs and stutters every 5 minutes, most things don't load, and the itinerary creator is supremely clunky.

There's a million popups trying to get your attention and check out a new feature.
the UI is overloaded with useless stuff, they're constantly trying to push some AI stuff on you and the amount of notifications and unasked for tutorials are a dealbreaker.

changing plans or importing emails is a joke. About 1/4 of the emails actually import correctly.
I forwarded by email airbnb reservations which it couldn't figure out. Then when I granted access to my Gmail it figured it out but put it in twice.
having a hard time syncing emails showing up. even after I try forwarding them. They simply won't show up.

When I tried to use AI to start a new itinerary , it erased my whole entire trip although it said I would only water the itinerary page. A whole month's worth of work down the drain!!!
The AI completely destroyed my itinerary the morning of my two week trip after I asked it to move a few items. It just moved everything to Monday and then repeatedly crashed
Pro mode is not worth it. It's unable to really intelligently to optimize route as it can't discern opening schedule

Раздражает не сам факт платности, а что элементарные вещи вроде тёмной темы требуют подписки. И подписка только годовая — для тех, кто ездит пару раз в год, это не подходит; просят разовую покупку.
something as basic as switching to dark mode shouldn't need a subscription.

I hate subscriptions! let me buy the app or forget it. I don't travel every month why would I pay monthly.
Поломки на входе: зависший выбор языка и баги аккаунта
После обновлений приложение упирается в попап выбора языка, где «Continue» не работает, — и это посреди поездки. Плюс вылеты по логину, выход из аккаунта при каждом запуске, закрывающаяся клавиатура.
no longer working after update. just showing preffered langage pop up. we are in the MIDDLE of our trip.
it keeps asking for a preferred language & will not continue after selecting a preferred language & pressing the 'Continue' button.
Everytime I close and reopen the app, it will ask me to create a new account and to enter my username.
