Sectograph. Day & Time planner reviews

What users love and hate · 500 reviews analyzed · ★ 4.5

A day planner built around a circular clock-face widget synced to your calendar — for people who think in time visually rather than in lists.

What users love

Day shown as a clock face, not a scrolling list

The circular day view reads like a watch: the whole day is visible at a glance and immediately intuitive

Finally Arrived. I've been working on this style of planning with paper and pen for years. So satisfying to see this executed so well in a form I can use on my device.

legendary

Very good app!

A lifeline for ADHD and time-blindness

The visual circle lets you feel how much time is left before an event — especially valued by people with ADHD, autism, and time-perception difficulties

works fantastic, and love the widget

Love it! One of my best scheduling apps. Wish it worked on samsung tizen watches though.

Life changer. I have ADHD and it keeps me on task and on time.

Shows exactly how many minutes until the next event

Countdown timers to event start and end help you stay on time and spot free gaps between commitments

Life changer. I have ADHD and it keeps me on task and on time.

Ive been using it for a week now. this app has really made my days way more productive. thanks!

absolutely lovely and helpful app for adhd. I am using the widget and I really like it. no nasty subscriptions, please stay this way forever sectograph!

Home-screen widget — the main reason people install it

The widget shows the whole day at a glance and has replaced the clock for many users; app shortcuts can be pinned around the edge

works fantastic, and love the widget

It's a great app, drives me towards more productivity and a better spent time.

first time writing a review. I used this app for the longest time on my various devices. I sometimes delete it when my mind is all messed up. But then again I download it again every damn time cause the app is actually TOO good. I think I started using it in lockdown to be the best student as a 7th grader and now my school is complete and I am still slaying!!

Pulls events from Google with color, location, and notes intact

Imports calendar events automatically — color-coded, with location and notes, no manual entry; works across multiple accounts at once

Perfect. Such a massive help with time blindness, especially with the widget up. This got me through my A-levels and is serving me well at uni. Syncs directly from your calendar, including the colour, location and any notes you assigned.

best app but upgrade somthing icon in cartoon like yoga karate motivation character and sticky notes on display thanks

Very cool and creative. Smooth integration with Google Calendar.

Watch face works — until a Wear OS update breaks it again

Seeing the day on your wrist is a reason many people buy Pro in the first place

Love it! One of my best scheduling apps. Wish it worked on samsung tizen watches though.

Update: Still happy with the app. It was the first app I reactivated and set up again when I had to do a factory reset due to an IT admin problem with my employers security settings. So I guess THAT says something about it's importance to me. O/P Happy with app. The circular graph is great for my ADHD. It gives me a bit of a boost because it engages my brain differently.

absolutely lovely and helpful app for adhd. I am using the widget and I really like it. no nasty subscriptions, please stay this way forever sectograph!

Some want a self-contained planner, not a skin over another calendar

You can create a local calendar and add events directly in the app — some users appreciate this

Cycle based schedules are better. I got this app because I wanted to track my schedule and day more on a cycle based calendar vs linear. I love that this feeds to my Google Watch and the color codes and Google calendar sync are great! I found it pretty simple to set up and am so happy with it.

Was using it for a while reliably and loved the app overall, but then they made a change that made newer samsung watch models not able to use their watch face that syncs with your schedule in the app. Seeing my schedule on my watch very easily was one of the main reason I personally liked to use this app.

I really like this apps, especially the widget features, and I can use this apps just fine even without buying the premium features😆

Google and Outlook work; Proton and some Outlook accounts don't

Multiple Google and Outlook accounts can be connected simultaneously — handy if your calendar is spread across accounts

Ive been using it for a week now. this app has really made my days way more productive. thanks!

EDIT: Sectograph customer support is diligent and extremely helpful! Thank you! This is hands down the best agenda/calendar app I have ever used. I love it and use it so much that I bought Pro. Totally worth it!

Since then I would love to get for iOS too that why I would keep my android all the time with me for this app

Color customization locked behind Pro, palette is narrow

Color-coding the day is a highlight: different calendars and events get their own shade

Perfect. Such a massive help with time blindness, especially with the widget up. This got me through my A-levels and is serving me well at uni. Syncs directly from your calendar, including the colour, location and any notes you assigned.

I love this app, I've been using it for years. Now I've switched to Proton email and calendar, I'd definitely pay for the pro version if it supported my Proton-calendar. Hope this will be available in the future!

Great app to get a good overview of your day - especially on your smart watch! Only thing I'm missing is to see Google Tasks in the app.

Deep customization, steep learning curve

The app adapts to you: colors, app shortcuts on the edge, light and dark themes, recurring events

a bit hard to navigate at first, but you get the hang of it, very good app

legendary

Best scheduling and task mgmt app hands down. For a technical professional with adhd and a synoptic eiditic memory, the visual interface is the most intuitive I've ever seen. Definitely worth the price for the pro plan and the time to fully learn and customize for your needs.

Want to mark tasks done and roll over what's unfinished

Rewinding and reviewing how the day went is engaging and motivating

I previously had a sync issue with my Galaxy Watch 4, but it turns out it was a connection glitch in the 'Galaxy Wearable' app, not Sectograph. After resetting the Wearable app, everything synced perfectly! The app is amazing for visual planning and the Pro features are definitely worth it. Special thanks to the support team for their quick response.

simple and effective

wonderful visual

Design looks good, but longtime users want a refresh

The visual design is widely described as clean, attractive, and easy on the eyes

Perfect. Such a massive help with time blindness, especially with the widget up. This got me through my A-levels and is serving me well at uni. Syncs directly from your calendar, including the colour, location and any notes you assigned.

One of the most Useful apps i have seen on Play Store

I have followed this app from the beginning. and I am I did. I like 😆 the new features.

Helps users actually get more done and miss fewer meetings

Visualizing the day as a whole boosts productivity and prevents forgotten meetings, appointments, and birthdays

A useful approach for managing time effectively.

it made to realize about my positive time and drift me to effective work there is only one thing to add alarm for a specific task instead of notifying

IT JUST DID 🤞 Was: hopelessly convoluted, and extremely unwilling to correctly display colour schemes other than the default. I can live with that. Since the last, and again on today's, update the widget simply gets removed from your homepage. Since only the default settings are fully functional, it doesn't take long to reinstate, but it's yet another app/widget where it's better to disable auto-

What users hate

No task support (Google Tasks, CalDAV)

The app only shows calendar events; users want to see and check off tasks from Google Tasks or CalDAV, but those aren't supported

amazing app, it makes me excited to add and track my events, the thing that was hard to do before it would cool if we can track google tasks also like events 🙏

Neat app that let's u organize an easy-to-follow schedule.

Great app to get a good overview of your day - especially on your smart watch! Only thing I'm missing is to see Google Tasks in the app.

No loud alarms — only silent notifications

Reminders arrive as silent push notifications that are easy to miss; users want real sound-based alarms with snooze

This is just one of the coolest calendar-type apps out there. It's a clever paradigm shift in layout design, and I find it much easier to organize my days with. This one's a keeper!

I'm going to try this for longer and give more feedback. For now I'm really impressed with the visualisation of my day. And the developer was really helpful with a question I had on installing the face on my Oneplus Watch 2.

such a different way to view time!

Reminders capped at 2 days in advance

You can't set a reminder more than two days before an event; users want options for a week, two weeks, or a month out

This app is outstanding for helping me plan my day and easily track what's upcoming. It's a full 5 stars now that the watchface is compatible with the updated Wear OS.

Still love this app, but it would be improved significantly if the reminder for an event could happen more than only 2 days out. Even just a few more options, 1 month before, 2 weeks before, 1 week before would be a major improvement. Thanks for creating such a useful app!

Great overview of the day!

No desktop version; iOS build is stripped down

Users ask for a desktop widget and a web version; on iOS the app redirects to the system calendar instead of showing its own dial, and old iPads get almost no functionality

The only thing that would make it better is if there were a way to access it on desktop devices.

Still learning it but a very nice app!

I love this app, I've been using it for years. Now I've switched to Proton email and calendar, I'd definitely pay for the pro version if it supported my Proton-calendar. Hope this will be available in the future!

Events shift an hour after daylight saving time changes

After a time change, events appear an hour off on the dial even though the detail view shows the correct time; clock-hand freezing and app-vs-system time mismatches are also reported

genuinely its the best..to keep everything sorted..and organized..i lovedd ittt

ok
