A perfect catch-22: resolving the access problem requires logging in, but logging in is exactly what you can't do. Support is only reachable from inside the app you're locked out of.

Identity checks promised in a day stretch to a week, demand a video of you holding your ID, and fail without explanation. Most painful: re-verification triggered on an already-verified account, after which access to funds simply disappears.
Takes 2 to 3 months to verify you to your account. Once verified it still won't send because it senses a scam

Etherium used to be the default network. But then they changed it to BASE without saying anything. And I didn't see it and sent and LOST $.

High hidden fees, they will reply that all their fees are competitive and disclosed, I've only noticed that this is not true after switching elsewhere

Beginners are dropped at the starting line: no next step, no guidance on where to invest9
Where education exists (Kraken, Robinhood, eToro), new users feel guided through their first purchase — and that directly drives the strongest product loyalty. Most platforms take a beginner's money but explain neither the first step nor how to buy bitcoin without pain. Users pay up and are left completely lost.

Prediction markets, bets on weather and elections, and aggressive "Gold" upsells pile on top of people who came to invest. There isn't even a button to hide the gambling section — which reads as a deliberate choice against the user.
no option to hide the 'prediction market's' section in the app from the home page, it's essentially gambling on everything from elections to the weather, it really cheapens the feel of the app.
Give us an option to remove crypto, prediction markets, and other bs from the homepage! Not all of us want to throw their money away!
When entering the app it will bombard you with ads and pop ups regarding gold. Doesn't matter how much you press x or decline.
A forest of fake token addresses inside the wallet — a trap laid for the user themselves6
Wallets are flooded with counterfeit tokens and near-identical duplicate addresses designed to make users pick the wrong one. The product environment actively engineers irreversible loss — and that's a product failure, not user carelessness.
