Project-based time tracking with tags and report export — built for field workers and contractors who need reliable hour logging wherever they are.

What users love

Track hours across multiple projects and clients at once

Easy to switch between projects and see separate totals per client or job

the app is great for tracking time quickly. the only suggestion I would give to the Devs is to make it easier to switch between projects.

great app. im a traveling worker amd ive used a handful.of dofferent ones and this one works great every day in every location. thanks

Easy and simple to use, it has everything I need to track my hours (contractor)

The billing backbone for contractors and freelancers

Accurately counts billable hours, prevents them from slipping through the cracks, and generates invoices that hold up with clients

i've been reporting with this app for years and never once had a dispute from my clients. it is thorough and transparent, easy to use. i can rely on my records 100%, backup daily on 2 locations and simply continue whenever I'm on a new phone. i do not recommend - i force - every collaborator to only ever report with this particular app. great tool for keeping detailed work notes, too.

I love using Timesheet to track my hours. It's the easiest way for me to make sure I don't miss any billable hours.

A simple, reliable tool proven over years

Many users have been logging time for 6–10 years — they value the stability and the fact that the app does exactly its job, nothing more, no ads

I have used Timesheet for years. It's most reliable app that I have used.

Great app for work time tracking

does exactly what i need to keep track of time worked.

Excel export and detailed reports for invoicing and taxes

Clean spreadsheet output, accounting-ready reports and invoices; convenient to email directly

Just Works! excellent app, very small and exports , most all features are free give it a try

I've been using this time tracker on and off for years. It makes billing and reporting on work so much easier than any other method I've ever used!

Excellent app save me so much hassle What happened?... now monday log is enter as sunday. Ok that was fast...issue was fixed

Feature-rich free tier

The free version covers most needs with no ads or pushy pop-ups; users are happy to tip the developer

Just Works! excellent app, very small and exports , most all features are free give it a try

great App and many features for free.

I'm a welder, been using the free version for 6 years now but m going to buy the por version because I've got my money's worth above and beyond. I've been through multiple updates (can't remember how many) but always worked well through them. The app has way more features than I need to invoice my individual clients so I don't know what the extent of its features are but really like the export and

Works just as well for personal time, not only work

People track studying, workouts, meditation, hobbies, and chores to see where their time actually goes

This app is extremely helpful for tracking time spent on tasks. Currently, I use this app to track my homesteading projects. We are in the initial stages of setting up regenerative processes for cattle. If we are to successfully "convert" our fellow cattlemen to this way of raising beef, we must show the time it will take to transition. This app allows me to easily track time, even with dirty hand

This is exactly what I was looking for; the perfect implementation of a timesheet app as far as I am concerned. It's only my second day as a user. I'm looking forward to my one month trial period to see what personal data and insights i generate using this beautiful tool. Loving it so far. Thank you!

This app is a great! I use this to track study/general tasks from my Galaxy watch 4 as it is one of the only time tracking apps available. I know it's not what it is designed for so it's a little limited in the way I want to use it. Somethings that would improve it would be to have a bit more functionality from the watchOS, like be able to assign labels or quickly write the task description from t

Widget for quick start right from the home screen

Easy to start and stop the timer from the widget without opening the app — handy with dirty hands on the job

Need to be able to have multiple widgets individually configureable for different projects.

Since this app was updated, it's become slow and buggy. Often when using the home screen. Widget, I'll tap on it and there will be a delay of multiple seconds before it will acknowledge the action I'm trying to take such as changing the project, or starting or stopping the timer. It used to run so smoothly and quickly, I wish it would again.

Wear OS and Galaxy Watch support is unstable

Can mark time directly from a watch, great for on-the-go tracking

Not working on watch7

Comlletly broken on Galaxy Watch 4 now, the app worked for a long time but now when you open it immediately crashes on Galaxy Watch 4, no typical fixes will work until the devs fix it.

The app does not work on Galaxy Watch4 Classic.

Interface feels overwhelming to newcomers

Once users get the hang of it, they find it logical, flexible, and efficient

Hard to figure out at first but fully satisfies my time tracking needs

Junk complicated

It's great, but... there is a lot to look at. It's overwhelming for my adhd brain.

What users hate

The 2024 overhaul made the app noticeably sluggish

After the redesign everything lags: a delay on every tap, slow screen transitions, and endless loading spinners

Useful app but since last year update it is sloooow. Everything has to load while before it was instant. Tags takes about 10 seconds to load EACH time... Editing tags is now so annoying. Please, fix it.

UPDATE: Most issues with the last update have been resolved.... Recent update (12/4) has made this frustrating to use. Slow to react. Have to tap it two for it to respond. When stopping a beak, the pop up window opens and closes without a change to edit.

Was great until last update, been sluggish, eversince and today it stopped working completely 18 dec 2024 update: fixed. Thanks

Update wiped projects and entries without warning

Many users lost years of data after an update; sometimes support can recover it, sometimes it's gone for good

I gave 1 star because I could not give zero. Lost all my data and i could not get it back even being a pro user. avoid this app at all costs.

With this update, all my data from years of tracking disappeared. After signing in and going around in circles about 5 times, I have finally been able to see it again. I really loved this app but now I'm worried I can't trust it anymore.

EDIT: I can access historical data but it's lost all my projects so can only create new ones. I've exported all my data and will be deleting my account. Don't trust the developers to not screw up my data. Used this app for free for years without issues. Suddenly today my "trial" has ended and I have no access to any of my data unless I subscribe. Checked my emails, no warnings received. Absolute j

Date shifts one day back on manual entry

Since the update, the date picker selects the previous day: pick Tuesday and it logs Monday — impossible to add an entry for today

This latest update can't add time it always a day behind, for example today is Saturday, December 7, and I'm trying to add an entry for Friday December 6, but it automatically switches to Thursday December 5th. It's been happening since this latest update, and I need to wait a day to add changes for yesterday. Just annoying, please fix

Update: date picker is off by one day. Pick Tuesday, it enters Monday since last update S24+ Why do the preferences get reset every update? Specifically backup frequency. Backup and Restore > Schedule switches back to daily every time there's an update. Can't it save the user preference? There have been multiple updates and this simple fix is still not done. I guess I don't understand that. Otherw

4 stars because I've been using it for a while now and it's been awesome! this recent update unfortunately broke my flow - the calendar always selects the previous day, rounding setting were all reset, tags are all out of order, and everytime I try to write in a description for a task, the app force closes. I'm sure these issues will be addressed, as this update was a complete revision of the app.

Cursor jumps to end while typing notes

The description and notes fields are nearly unusable: the cursor constantly leaps to the end of the line, breaking autocomplete too

After the most recent update, all recorded data is gone - projects as well as any past recordings.

This little app works great. It does most things I want in a timesheet record and the UI is good once you get familiar with it. Love it! New review 20/11/2024: Like many other users are reporting , since the update v24. 10.4, the app has been glitchy. When completing task details and Save, app closes. Need to reopen to continue. In task NOTES the edit is unusable as curser continually flicks fwd t

I have used this app for over 10 years now without a hitch and the bugs that were there, I knew how to work around. With the newest update there are a few major issues: -cannot set custom date period, it defaults to the 1970's for some reason -when editing addresses, names, etc, anything in a text field, it forces the curser to the end of the text which is extremely annoying -app is SIGNIFICANTLY

Inaccurate timing and wrong rounding

Seconds are added at start, breaks round incorrectly, and totals sometimes come out wrong — critical flaws for precise time tracking

Does the job. Some bugs. Example: I removed a few breaks (3 min in total) from my task and suddenly the task becomes 32 min task instead of 17 min.

The 2024 update is not handling rounding well. This used to be a great app. The new version is not good or reliable.

It worked great until the last update. It's been over a week since I contacted them to resolve a bug in the app that doesn't let you get a set of custom dates. Their response was to restart the app. Now as I'm double-checking the hours and they are not aren't being calculated correctly either. Technology is supposed to help not that you have to do what you originally got the app for.

Breaks and auto-break behave unpredictably

Auto-break keeps running and piles up hours; only one break is supported per day; a spurious 'how was your break?' prompt keeps appearing

Simple and works. I use it for several years now. Thanks for the app. Only thing I am missing is that it's hard to edit the breaks within the current day while it is still running but that can be done afterwards easily, too.

Can't do it's most fundamental job, to track time. If you pause/resume then delete break, the time is wrong, notification/in app timer don't show the correct time...

Love this app and used it for year but lately automated breaks won't stop. My lunch time starts, but at the end of the day I've been lunching for over 4 hours, so I have to adjust manually. At this point, better not use it at all and enter it manually...

No quick way to correct an entry's time

If you forgot to start or stop the timer, adjusting the time is awkward; users want to edit by tapping the digits directly and long-pressing Stop

the app is great for tracking time quickly. the only suggestion I would give to the Devs is to make it easier to switch between projects.

Please add a long press to the "stop" button on time tracking to edit the time, in the same way that can be done for "start".

Recurring tasks and entry duplication are missing

People who follow a fixed schedule want to duplicate an entry across dates and pick from a previous task list rather than retyping

Hi, I have moved from Timer because of an error. This app is good but lacks the reuse of "tags". When I pick my project I miss being able to select from the list of tasks that I have used before. It will help me when I do the same, one or two, jobs day after day. I am happy with everything else.

There is just one feature missing that would make this app perfect, that is to add tasks before completing them and then record time in the same tasks everytime, something like how working hours app does it

I'm a teacher who gets paid by the hour and, among other things, I use this app to track how many hours a month I've worked. Since I have the same groups every week, I find that a "duplicate/repeat task" option would make my experience a lot easier! Honestly, that's the only thing keeping me from giving this five stars.

No overtime calculation or flexible rate settings

Overtime and different pay rates aren't calculated automatically; setting an hourly rate is unclear — the settings are vague

First of all, the app UI looks great and works like you expect. A simple app but could have some more features. For example overtime. With flex work it's hard to know your flex time without taking 'total time' % 8h. You could easily solve this by adding a field 'expected work hours' with ex default at 8h.

I dig it but I'm not 100% sure how to put my pay rate in.

I can't seem to be able to set up even a basic hourly rate that applies to time worked during the day. Either this feature is missing or the app is so unintuitive that I cannot even find out how to do this. Individual settings are also extremely vague and give me zero indication of what they do... Do you have tutorial videos showing how to use the app?? My trial is almost over and just now looking

Only one timer running at a time

Can't track multiple tasks in parallel — a real limitation for anyone juggling several things at once

Looks nice but not for me. I like to see the seconds, cant set that, the wage settings are not clear and just in general a bit clunky to use. Was hoping this would work since I need a multi timer to jump between as I switch projects throughout the day but it was not meeting my needs.

Would love to use this app, but... it only allows one task tracking at a time. Yes, people can and are dong than one task/job/project at the same time. Simple contrived example: walk dogs and coach client over phone at the same time.

No sub-levels below projects

Structure is limited to the project level; users want subtasks, a third list level, and a persistent client list

Data export is free but data import is paid. Multi device synchronisation is paid. Task is just description in the time log entry. No levels other than Project.

I cannot create sub item for each project in this app.

Don't like the idea that I have to log into someone else's system to track my hours, I just want to keep the data local to my own device. Also, I refuse to use software with a subscription model, willing to pay one-off but not subscription. Shame, because I love the idea that it has Wear OS support. Even though it has a client on the project it really isn't granular enough, it needs three levels o
