Work-hour and earnings tracking with invoicing — built for employees and hourly workers who just need to log shifts and count income.

What users love

Clock in/out with one tap, with retroactive edits

Clock in and out in a single tap; forgot to log it — add and edit the time manually afterward

very easy to use. You can add notes if you need to add to a description of your project, how long of a break you took. just hit punch in, and when do e punch out. keep time worked, add that to what type of wage you're asking. it also keeps track of milage if you charge that and what expenses you have. it's good, I like it

can't punch out a pop-up add gets in the way

Not so user friendly! App was acting up so deleted and reinstalled but after doing so then all my previous clocked jobs/times where gone which caused an issue invoicing a few customers. Previously if I forgot to clock in for a job it would let me add it in later and adjust but after reinstalling it, it says saved but when going to the calendar to verify if saved, nothing is there. Referred some pe

Home-screen widget for one-touch clock-in

The widget lets you clock in without opening the app; you can also punch a lunch break from it

I've only been using Timesheet for a short time but I like it a lot so far. It's simple to use and it has a widget that makes it easy to clock in and out quickly. It would be nice to have some sort of timer that alerts you when you've been working for a specific amount of time but I guess there are other apps for that. Thanks dev team, this is very helpful!

very useful app. I can't recommend it enough. so many features and super easy to use. the widgets are my favorite part. if you're looking for an app to help you record your work hours or just to note your work days, this is the best app for you. shout out to the creators. ✌️

Excellent app, very useful. All the possible work schedule displays make it very easy to understand and analyse all the data. Also, the widget provides all the functionality I could expect.

Multiple clients and projects, each with its own rate

Track different clients and projects at separate rates — ideal for side gigs and multi-site work

Awesome app! I can create flat rate or hourly PER CLIENT! I can insert billable and non-billable lines to keep track of everything! I am a private life assist caregiver with multiple clients. This app is so good. It has clock in / clock out features OR I can add hours manually with notes! Who made this? Definitely an experienced person...No desk jockey, for sure! Great job! Really fabulous! Soooo

Great for tracking time on my various projects

Great app. Thanks for making such a detailed app available on an ad system. I like how I can have multiple clients and also different rates for projects. For me, it works really well.

Send invoices to clients straight from time logs

Logged hours instantly generate a clean invoice you can send by text or email in one tap

great app. hope to see more invoice template if possible.

I use Timesheet to track my time on jobs and invoice customers. It’s easy to use, reliable, plus there are no ongoing subscription fees. Highly recommend

Love this app! Saved me from so much time creating an invoice. Punching in and out and putting in my details creates my invoice when I'm ready for whichever time period. and more. Really like that I can easily share my Invoice with one click and mark paid when ready. User friendly. Enjoying it! Thanks Timesheet!

Auto-calculates earnings, overtime, and premium pay

Computes pay at your rate, overtime, and holiday premiums automatically — no manual recalculation needed

Really useful and not to hard to use. I used it for sorting my work hours. The only problem I have is that it doesn't put my days in the correct order but it isn't a big issue and saves having to calculate my hours myself

easy to use, and love how it auto calculates earnings. makes invoicing and tracking expenses and earnings all at once very easy.

Really easy to use, especially when working out different hours/overtime weekly.

Works offline with no account required

Fully offline, no account needed, no cloud lock-in; your data stays on your device

Great app! I've been using it for several years now. it's easy to use and accurate! It works offline, which is huge!

does the job without requiring any account creation and works completely offline. it has all the functionalities that you would expect from a tracking app. I love the widget and have been using it in the widget mode mostly. cheers to the dev 🍻

Great App. Does what I need without harvesting my data. The user interface could be improved but it's not hard just not very pretty.

Notes field on every entry to log what you did

Write out tasks done and breaks taken in the notes — easy to recall later what the day covered

very easy to use. This is an update to a previous observation. I service equipment, the app allows me to record all of the info but one item. I need to be able to take a photo of the equipment or the data plate with the serial number. That is the only thing missing. I do not mind paying for it but that would certainly shorten my time

works well, the notes section is great for details. ads get in the way sometimes, but not a huge problem.

Beginner-friendly, even for non-tech users

You're up and running in 5-10 minutes; elderly users and first-time time-trackers manage it just fine

easy to finger out and use im no rocket scientist but it took me 5-10 minutes to get the use

I was looking for something simple, free and easy to use to help me track my working hours. This app fills all the requirements.

Initial setup takes some effort to tailor to your needs

Once configured for your workflow, daily use is effortless — one tap per day

The app is a little complicated and not very intuatively set up, but it's definitely worth 4 stars. Universal design rules should have been implemented in the design face. I would also like to be able to change the thousands separator from a comma to a period, because in Icelandic we write 1.234,56 and not 1,234.56 Other than that, I'm very happy and chose this app over all others after trying tog

I started using this to track my work hours because our internal billing system got more complicated and it's been super helpful. Requires a little bit of setup, but it's pretty straightforward and works like a charm!

a little too complicated for my needs. e.g. I don't want to log a project name with every entry

Flexible pay configuration for different billing scenarios

Adapts to hourly, flat-rate, and mixed rates, holiday pay, and deductions — every user builds tracking that fits their job

Awesome app! I can create flat rate or hourly PER CLIENT! I can insert billable and non-billable lines to keep track of everything! I am a private life assist caregiver with multiple clients. Always happy with this app, simple but able to adapt to more complex business workings. It is very handy and efficient.

it is easy to use with lots of features and flexibility, thumbs up for the great app

Responsive developer who fixes issues and ships requested features

Replies to emails quickly, patches bugs within days, and adds what users ask for

Huge thanks to the developers. It has made the tracking of house, workplaces and income very convenient

Edit sorted within hours! Brilliant assistance and communication! Worked great until last week's. On calendar doesn't show any hours recorded. If I select a month example November at the bottom says it's December.

best time tracking app. decided to support and buy. but even with out the extra features and no ads this is definitely worth it. I just decided to support awesome creators..

Reliable for years, calculations are accurate

People have been tracking for 5-10 years without glitches; the math is right — trusted for payroll and invoices

Timesheet app has always worked flawlessly for me for more than 5 years. It's simple and it works.

Love the app! Its so easy and accurate.

Probably the best time sheet app I've ever used and I've been using the free version almost 5 years now as a 1099 contractor.

Export to Excel and PDF to share with clients

Export data as a spreadsheet or PDF to send to clients; direct PDF export has been added

Thanks for adding direct export to PDF! Formatting looks much better than saving excel sheet as PDF.

Can I have an option to have the amount without the $ sign when exporting the timesheet to Excel? FYI, no $ sign in previous version. Thks.

excellent app when needing to keep track of employment time

Pocket time-tracker and billing tool for freelancers and micro-businesses

Works for contractors, tradespeople, caregivers, day laborers, and micro-business owners as an all-in-one time-and-invoice tool on a single phone

I mostly use this app to keep track ofg my daily duties and my employees time's. The app is easy to work with and can be modified to fit my needs. It's a great for self employed ppl like myself. Tks guys

Very simple design and easy to use. Use it to log time and contractor details for myself.

Probably the best time sheet app I've ever used and I've been using the free version almost 5 years now as a 1099 contractor.

What users hate

No iPhone or desktop version

No Apple app and no full desktop version — everything has to live on your Android phone

I love timesheet for logging the hours of mine and my workers. Would give it 5-stars if it was compatible with Apple devices

Love this app!!! Wish they had an iOS version for my work phone. All iOS timesheet apps are trash compared to this gem

Great phone app and desktop integration. Works well for our W2 and 1099-NEC employees.

Users want GPS job-site tracking and mileage calculation

No location-based job-site logging and no automatic mileage tracking for field workers

This app does exactly what I want and need it to do. Trying to find one with a quick punch in button (widget) a calendar that I can set my work week up starting on a untraditional day of the week and add expenses and be able to send a copy to myself and client, it has everything except GPS on it!

Definitely will keep this app. . Useful app with many customizable options and applications. Would give 5 stars if I can find a GPS tracking buton to log accurate location .

I like this app...easy to use..would.be nice if it could put the mileage in for you. Like MileiQ

Can't run multiple timers simultaneously

No parallel tracking for two or more jobs — a problem for anyone managing multiple crews or sites at once

Good app for independent contractor or just day labor. Wish there was an option to simultaneously run 2 or more trackers. Would be an awsome feature for someone running small crews and lots of odd jobs. App has a great fre trial, cheap to upgrade functions if you like it for the long haul.

I've only been using Timesheet for a short time but I like it a lot so far. It's simple to use and it has a widget that makes it easy to clock in and out quickly. Overnight shifts and overtime across midnight calculate incorrectly

Night-shift premiums apply incorrectly, shifts crossing midnight aren't handled, and overtime across multiple projects doesn't consolidate

"add expense/ deduction" should be default on my project, why do i have to add it myself everytime i end a shift, the calculations are bad, if i put nightshift as a bonus of 130% , it doesnt mean i get 18 an hour instead of 14x i still make 14 x hour but the 130% bonus is added later on to my net, the app doesnt understand that from 18 to 6 am is nightshift, he instead thinks that i started workin

The app works pretty well. One feature U'd like to see is OT calculated across multiple projects in a day if they are for the same client. If I do 8 hours on Project A for Client 1, and then 2 hours on Project B also for Client 1, the 2 hours on Project B I would charge OT but the app doesn't calculate them as such.

Good customisation options and reliable timers. I wish the overtime function could be used separately from projects, since in my case I want to track the total overtime in a day, regardless of which project I was working on.

Users want local formats: time, currencies, separators, numerals

No 12-hour time option, no per-client currency, no custom thousands separator, and no local numeral support

The app is a little complicated and not very intuatively set up, but it's definitely worth 4 stars. Universal design rules should have been implemented in the design face. I would also like to be able to change the thousands separator from a comma to a period, because in Icelandic we write 1.234,56 and not 1,234.56 Other than that, I'm very happy and chose this app over all others after trying tog

the app works as it should, however cant figure out how to change the time format to military time

Great app I wish if there was western digits for Arabic language

Users want net-pay calculation and paid/unpaid tracking

Want take-home pay with tax brackets, a split between paid and unpaid invoices, and support for partial payments

a few options I would like to make life easier but have been using it for 3 years now with no issues. Organise invoices by paid / unpaid would be useful. Colour-code invoices red / green as unpaid / paid would help with the at-a-glance finding. Also, search for all un-allocted hours - irrespective of client Possible option to set a tax year, so dates can be exported accordingly but that is a once

good just wished there was a way to track how much you were paid and unpaid

It works well. The app could use a feature that would track how a person gets paid if partial payments are common. the feature would subtract the partial payments from the rolling total.
