A shared calendar for family, friends, and teams with collaborative access to events — for people who need to coordinate schedules with others.

What users love

A shared calendar for couples, family, friends, and even grandparents

Everyone sees each other's schedule and gets changes instantly; spouses argue less and avoid double-booking, great for relatives and friends spread across distances

Excellent, convenient, and intuitive shared calendar system

Best sharing calender app

helps organize family, work, and teams. super helpful

Several separate calendars for different areas of life

Work, family, and personal each live in their own calendar, with a «show all» combined view, so schedules don't blur together

easy to use, helpful to share busy calenders with friends and organize yourself. so many color options and what not, only calender thats ever actually helped me organize myself

cute and easy

Awful app dont recommend it to anyone

Color-coding events by person and topic

Each person or event type gets its own color, so the schedule reads at a glance

memos doesn't always sync further it's a pretty decent app

Great add to sync whole family schedule

great app.

Works across Android and iPhone within one family

A single shared calendar links phones on different systems — a lifesaver for mixed-device families

As a family with iPhone and Android users, this app has been a game changer. Grandparents are also using the app as they help with shuttling kids to and from extra-curricular activities. This app has saved so much time and confusion across the board for all family members. I recommend this app to everyone.

I love this app and have been using it for YEARS. It provides such a great medium for shared calenders across different phones. However, I'd love for Iphone users to be able to access and display the lunar calender on their phones. Additionally, the new update disappointed me :( even though I could still navigate everything, the new interface makes me feel like it is not as convenient as the previ

Simple to use, I love the widget, free to share with my wife, no issues for me (android) or her (iPhone) highly recommend.

Notes, shopping lists, and to-dos right inside the shared calendar

Families keep joint shopping lists, household to-dos, and notes alongside the schedule; for some users this matters even more than the calendar itself

I used to love this app but earlier this year they made updates to the user experience that made it more cumbersome and there are ads now that play with sound automatically. When I open the app to add an event I end up playing a FULL SOUND advertisement. I cant find any way to turn it off and I am sure the solution they would give me is to pay the subscription fee. The model of annoying people int

Just what I needed

I do not know what I would do without this app

The home-screen widget is loved, but got locked behind a paid subscription

The schedule widget on the home screen is highly valued

Simple but nice and helpful.

App is useful but the ads are extremely invasive and frequently have loud audio. The monthly subscription is also very expensive and you can't buy it once and share it with the family, each individual person has to have a subscription. The massive paywall for a basic calendar app is ridiculous and definitely not worth the features they offer.

Inside events — chat, photos, location; cute stickers on dates

You can add a discussion, photos, a location, and comments to an event, and decorate days with images and animations, which makes the calendar feel alive

Useful app, keeps taking away features - most recently the stickers feature (which you can use to decorate your calendar) is being taken away, its another small bit of personalisation being removed for no reason and one me and my partner frequently use.

Great app for all your appointments and events, can add pictures to events, comments, reminders etc Great for arranging events with other people, groups or family.

I love TimeTree!! This is by far one of my most used apps. Having multiple calendars is so helpful, and I love all of the good features like adding locations and notes and reminders to events. It's helped my organization and planning soooo much!! Awesome app 🫶🫶

Helps people with ADHD and anyone who forgets easily

The simple, visual layout helps people who struggle to keep everything in their head remember their tasks

TimeTree is an incredible organization app. It's the only planner app I've been able to use consistently, for a long period of time. The UI / design is amazing and so easy to work with. 100% recommend if you are looking for something ADHD friendly!

Best planner ever! I've 3 separate calendars set up- work(clients appointments), family&friends and personal. Usually im in the "show all" option because it's so much easier to plan anything. Its great that different things can be organised by colours-its very helpful! Your calendar saved my sanity as I struggled with organisation due to my ADHD. I highly recommend it!

I love this app. Now my kids and husband can't forget when they have something going on. I do wish it was available on Samsung watch.

Suits work shifts, staff scheduling, and small businesses

Owners of small salons and crews color-code shifts, see availability, and avoid overlapping client bookings

6/12/26 I like the app, it works well with my two-person salon we schedule the pedicure chair making sure we're not overlapping, however I would really like the ability to change the notification sound and customize it so that I'm not constantly thinking a text is coming in. it's important for me to know what degree of importance I need to attend to while working.

you can't clearly tell which calendar you're adding an event to anymore, so I'm constantly adding new event's to the wrong calender. ALSO there should really be an option to copy and event to multiple calendars or, even better, create an event for multiple calendars.

great

What users hate

An update buried the notes and overcomplicated navigation

Notes and lists were moved off the home screen behind several taps, and the calendar tabs and search were shifted to the top; many reinstall the app or switch to competitors

great app, but every update since I got it has only made it progressively worse. especially the memo function. i wish I could go back to before this last update

I've used this app to track everything from bills to holidays to appointments and social events for years. 100/10.

Used to be 4 star. They've introduced really loud adverts to try and push you to spend a whopping £35 a year!!! For a calendar app. My advice would be to use another one that's now less annoying. Shame. Was good before. They got greedy.

You can't tell which calendar you're adding an event to

After the update, events keep landing in the wrong calendar; users ask for a default calendar setting and the ability to copy an event into several at once

Great app! would be even better if, having multiple calendars selected, adding an event would display it on all the calendars. that would save me putting the event in twice which would be lovely. Overall though best way of coordinating events with friends and family

good

you can't clearly tell which calendar you're adding an event to anymore, so I'm constantly adding new event's to the wrong calender. ALSO there should really be an option to copy and event to multiple calendars or, even better, create an event for multiple calendars.

Frequent requests: flexible repeats, export, accurate reminders

No «every 4 weeks» repeat, no bulk delete, and no export to Google Calendar or PDF; reminders sometimes arrive late, and a timezone change silently shifts event times

Notification problems while screen is off, o sound, No notification when screen is on unless the app is open Xiaomi 17 pro max, CN rom in Europe

It's great but I'd like the option to delete multiple events at once that you added in advance but need to remove

I would like to sweetly request a future update with a way to change the recurring dates of activities. I think it would be good to either allow us to custom edit it for a specific period of days so for example people like boyfriends can avoid us while we're on our period 👀 pun intended....tmi but it's needed for tracking for future children and so on. Having the option to specify recurring thing
