TimeTune - Your Daily Schedule reviews

What users love and hate · 500 reviews analyzed · ★ 4.5

A day planner that breaks your waking hours into time blocks on a schedule — built for students and anyone who wants to bring order to their routine and stay on top of recurring tasks.

What users love

Block-based schedule gives a full top-to-bottom view of the day

All activities line up in a single chronological timeline, giving you a bird's-eye view of the entire day

Hey, I have never seen a planner app like this. It's amazing UI, amazing idea

I really love timetune. it helps me organize my day into blocks only problem is..I wish some more things were available in the free version most wanted things are given in premium version only. like the time tracker, focus mode, and the 'done' checkbox-these are what I wanted for my studies help

there is visualized schedule and some hour bar, suitable for those who have time blindness.

Day templates and schedule copying between dates

A saved template applies to a date range in one tap, and any day can be duplicated to another — setting up a routine takes minutes

Great for shiftwork and others with timultuous/random schedules! I can save schedule templates based on an anticipated day, and apply the template with the click of a button. It has already saved me countless hours compared to other apps (or my old way using the dry-erase board in my kitchen every day). Bought the $10 year subscription. but I plan on doing the $30 lifetime soon. Worth every penny!

Love the app and use it every day. However, I am 100% opposed to removing the Blocks tab in an upcoming update. Putting in the search section is just annoying and difficult - you're creating an unnecessary hassle for no reason.

oh to be honest it is the most useful and beautiful and important app ever....

Keeps users on track with ADHD and time blindness

People with time blindness and ADHD report that blocks and reminders genuinely prevent them from falling off schedule

great

there is visualized schedule and some hour bar, suitable for those who have time blindness.

poor ability to extend delay blocks on the fly without manual editing and no simple UX to resolve overlaps, pretty shocking actually was really surprised given the good reviews. Update: the options as described don't appear on the app. I tried every available option. update again: no, they don't exist and there is no solution to address amending overlaps, your last mention was 4 years ago on Reddi

Shows how much free time sits between activities

Once activities are filled in, the app surfaces gaps between them — handy for budgeting every hour of the day

Best app at easy followed interface and clear set of task category. I love the clear concept of time blocking so much and this app show that concept with sastify clean yet friendly visual. At free version it is already good enough. About to considered upgrade to premium so it could link to my calendar.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I felt like I had no routine having recently moved a couple of times, still working out my job and living situation. This app is simple enough as not to be overwhelming, but advanced enough to help me "budget" my time effectively. Now, instead of trying to figure out study time vs work vs commuting, I can see how it all fits into the actual 24 hour day. I a

Nice app. Good app. I love it so much😭😭 i always wished something like this existed. as someone who plans more than executing this is a blessing for me. it helps me with planning a lot

Free tier covers the core use case

Many users have planned their days for free for years and find it more than enough, with almost no ads

simple good looking easy to use requires no money

best free app for scheduling

Super helpful app that keeps me organized, consistent and disciplined to follow my schedule! Very easy to use and manage with a lot of different features for whatever you need without it being overwhelming. Just wish they had a more compact / detailed widget to offer for Samsung. Cannot go wrong using this app🙏

Clean, minimalist interface with no bloat

The app is praised for its simplicity, lack of feature clutter, and staying out of the way

simple good looking easy to use requires no money

really minimal and useful app. zero bloat

oh to be honest it is the most useful and beautiful and important app ever....

Color labels and activity icons

Color coding and icons let you read a block at a glance and make planning feel less like a chore

Scheduling our day can be stressful. Searching for an actual app that claims to be free and is not entirely is even more frustrating. But TimeTune delivers time and again. Why not give them a try? Download the app now. You will not be disappointed. From colorful labels that mark your important activities throughout the day, to easy-to-apply notifications that remind you that your day is on track t

Amazing and so easy to set up to your own individual plan. With awesome Colours and designs to.

Love the app and use it every day. However, I am 100% opposed to removing the Blocks tab in an upcoming update. Putting in the search section is just annoying and difficult - you're creating an unnecessary hassle for no reason.

Stats screen shows where your time actually goes

The statistics view clearly breaks down time distribution and prompts users to reconsider their priorities

Lovely app, subscribed to premium! The new update however has no white background option which is extremely upsetting. The previous white background with diffetent colors for menu was so much cleaner, I wish it could be returned or become an available option as colored background ones are just too distracting now...

this app is really good at organizing its features, and very easy to use. but just remember that a schedule only works as far as YOU want it to go.

really good

Unobtrusive reminders and a persistent current-task notification

Icon-based pop-ups and a persistent notification for the active task keep you on schedule without loud alarms

awesome app, let's see how long I can keep the schedule 😆

awesome

I use this for everything! :) Very powerful and usable even without premium. Feels polished and flexible, once you get used to the complexity. Readable at a glance once you have it set up! Thank you!

Voice reminders and task name read-aloud

Text-to-speech for tasks and the option to record your own voice are fan favorites for studying and family routines

great love especially how much u can customise the notification however like lots of apps there are lots of parts you can't use without paying

helps me be so organised thanks timetune

A go-to for students and teachers

Schoolchildren, college students, and educators call it ideal for managing an academic schedule

This app is Very Good. It is Life changing app for Students. Overall a very good app, UI is also very good, But there are so many Pop Ups and Ads

as a student it very useful for me to make prefect time table thank u time tune for a amazing app.

a great app to track your daily routines

What users hate

The 'done' checkmark is locked behind a paywall

Marking a task complete requires a subscription — the most consistently cited frustration in the app

I wish the checklist feature was free

love this so far

Too many essential features stuck behind the premium wall

Statistics, focus mode, progress indicator, and time-remaining display are all premium-only

love this so far

This app is really well thought-out and I was very excited to use it, but I can't sync my fasrmail calendars 😢. Unfortunately without that feature, it makes it hard for me to timeblock around scheduled events. A simple calendar subscription rather than a full sync would have been enough too. Another thing that wasn't a deal breaker but I would have really missed is a proper calendar view (day, we

Reminders stop firing after a day or two

The most common bug: notifications work for a day or two, then go silent until you re-edit the task

nice

amazing app for productivity and planning.it is the best

I love this app! It's really helped me plan out my schedule, understand what I do with my time, and how I can be more productive. The app lets you plan out your day with templates that you can set for particular days. It's very intuitive and an excellently well-designed app to use with great visuals. I have not come across any errors as I've used it. The Statistics screen really helps me visualise

Reminders arrive without sound or vibration despite correct settings

Even with sound and vibration enabled, alerts can be silent, faint, or not arrive at all

You should be able to mark your blocks done fo free. Why do I need o pay?😥

I've been using this app for years on and off. And this app works just fine in helping me build a schedule whenever I feel messy or overwhelmed. Amazing app!🔥

A nice time management app

Users want a real alarm, not a brief notification

Users want a signal that rings until dismissed — a standard notification flashes for a split second and disappears

Love this app for blocking out a visual schedule that is easy to edit and manage. I wish I could add subtasks to blocks with more specific instructions on what to do in that block though. Also I wish the alarm notification actually worked like an alarm and went off until you turned it off. So far it just plays the sound until completion, so dont set a long ringtone as an alarm notification or you

I really love it. Although I would love more colors on the template calendar.

Widget stops updating and doesn't highlight the current block

Users love the widget for quick reference, but it frequently freezes and fails to show the active time slot

It works perfectly, for us the best app. Esta aplicación ha acompañado a mi familia desde hace tiempo y la recomiendo al.100% Thank you

You should be able to mark your blocks done fo free. Why do I need o pay?😥

Best time blocking app. Period.

No to-do list for unscheduled tasks

Many users need a separate task list without time anchors sitting alongside their time blocks

Exactly what I was looking for!

Love the Persistent Notification feature! Thank you Guys! ❤️

well all i can say it's a cool app i just started using it, but there are some things that i wish they have, it will make the app way more better.

No weekly or monthly calendar view

The timeline feed lacks the familiar week and month views users want for overview and editing

oh to be honest it is the most useful and beautiful and important app ever....

Thanks developer.

my simple widget suggestion about only show task now and next are now (kinda) real. it became real with persistent notification setting. its not a widget, but i guess its work?

Block height doesn't reflect duration; no drag-to-resize

Users want block size to reflect its duration and be resizable by dragging the edge

I like the app so far (during the free trial), but I wish there were some extra options, mainly: (1) an option to change the timeline view such that the sizes of the blocks correspond to their duration. This would give a much better overview of the day to someone with time blindness. (2) an option to attach a category label to activities and sort by this label in the activities section. Thank you!

great app, just wish the blocks were sized according to the time they take up. also wish I could long press on the days of the calendar and select multiple to apply a template, and select multiple blocks to move them all forward or back or change their day at once. just tiny minor complaints. I use it to schedule my every day

Moving one block shifts the rest of the schedule

Dragging a task pushes everything else forward, and there's no way to shift the whole template when running late

is it possible to add a done flag to mark if I actuality did the task?

Can't plan further than one month ahead

Scheduling tasks across a semester or several months isn't possible, even in the paid version

Day repeat and template re-apply behave incorrectly

Repeating a day puts slots in the wrong order with broken times, and re-applying a template to an existing day doesn't work

Thanks developer.

literally an amazing app that everyone should have on their mobile.

I love it!

Steep entry curve: no onboarding, every task requires a category

Some new users get lost without an onboarding flow and can't figure out why every activity needs a category

I've been using this app for years on and off. And this app works just fine in helping me build a schedule whenever I feel messy or overwhelmed. Amazing app!🔥

been using for a few years, hats off to the team.

Good app, hope it can sync owncloud calendar

Users want a desktop version and smartwatch support

Long-time users have been waiting for desktop editing and a watch app for years

Thanks developer.

my simple widget suggestion about only show task now and next are now (kinda) real. it became real with persistent notification setting. its not a widget, but i guess its work?

Pro version best.

Updates made the layout less compact; users miss the old look

A pinkish background, thick gold checkmark, and less compact list have users asking to bring back the previous design

app really helpful for everyone specially for teenagers they can use this to make their daily schedule and it is really helpful 😊

so far, I like it. it's user friendly

Best time blocking app out there. Clean and simple, with even time tracking features with premium! Just one suggestion, although we have checklists with the time blocks, having a dedicated to-do list section would be awesome. Regardless, great app. 👍
