There is no actual way to contact support in the app. The help menu sends you in a loop through static pages that never answer your question.

rip off it says in the app free delivery and no service charge till you go and checkout and your order goes from $40 to $60.

they literally force you to pay monthly fee. I was in a hurry to pay for food and instead I subscribed for subscription.
Very disappointed with Uber One. I opted out of the membership, yet I continue to be charged membership fees. There is no clear way to cancel the subscription in the app, and it feels like customers are being trapped into ongoing payments.
I placed my order at a restaurant close to my house, but Uber Eats redirected my order to a restaurant 18 miles away. As I was trying to pay for my order an Uber One ad popped up in the same spot the pay now for my order was. So I was charged $9.99 for Uber One

Over 2 hours for a simple burger 3 miles away. Soggy and cold on arrival. customer supports response? "Here is a $5 credit for the "$40" it cost to order.
there should be a limit on how many orders someone can pick up to deliver along the way. If it's over an hour for what should be a 10 min drive...that's wild?!

They promote deals but when u claim the deal and add it to your bill you never actually get the deal and their two for one deals are a scam
Everytime you order any buy one get one they double charge you, then when you complain they give you SOME of your money back. This has happened 5 times to me so far.
